I liked this hotel, it’s not far from Eurostar Gare du Nord 1 tube train gets you here and the hotel is directly outside step free on escalator. There is a restaurant in the hotel, I did not eat there. A coffee shop nearby and a small shopping centre with a large supermarket. Disney is not too far away. Room was spacious with a large tv and fridge, bottle of water in the room, would stay here again.

After arriving very late at night with two young children we were quite horrified with the ‘feel’ of the surrounding area and location of the hotel. However, with all due respect to the hotel, it is a great base for travelling to Disney and the hotel is good and the staff faultless; so friendly and helpful. We had bikes that we were worried about leaving on the car and they happily stored them for us. In the light of day we felt much better and enjoyed three nights here. Parking is a problem but we were lucky and the metro station behind the hotel was great. Don’t judge a book by its cover...good hotel.

Stayed here with a large group for an educational tour. Lovely hotel close to the bus and train station. Check-in was quick, staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions. Room service was quick and food was delicious. Unfortunately I have to give it a 4 star due to not being able to adjust the temperature in the room; our room was so hot we had to open the windows. When the window was open our room was facing the train station and highway so it was noisy both nights. Front desk was willing to change our room location but since it was our last night there was no point. I wish we had to option to adjust our room temp. Another thing is their keycard would stop working (not sure why) have to keep going to front desk and ask them to activate it. If the keycard doesn;t work you cannot get on the elevator to go to your room and cannot open your room door. There was a decent complimentary breakfast, doesn't change day to day.

This hotel has and very good location, in front of a RER and bus station. The hotel is good, and rooms as good too. I was in a business trip with a company really near, so this is another good point to stay in this hotel. the breakfest is good, but doesn't change between the days.

Great hotel in the suburbs. Very close to the RER station which will take you directly to Gar Du Nord or Gare du Lyon. Hotel staff were helpful and even provided luggage storage whilst we visited another country in the middle. Good breakfast selection. Grocery and cafe very close by to grab a bite or coffee. Ideal for families. The only complaint is the rooms were very warm for us ( Not too bad since we opened the window and the room cooled down soon).
