This is a brilliant site, clean, very well maintained & feels classy. The cafe/pizzeria looks lovely although it was closed in Sept when we were there. The pitches are spacious with some right next to a river, and it has a cute pool. You can buy a walking map from reception and the route signs are easy to follow once... More

Stayed for 2 weeks in a Classic IV static tent. Would usually take our own camping gear, but fancied a bit of luxury. We weren't disappointed. Positives Static tent - Spacious. All equipment needed (except bedding / sheets). Easily accommodated two adults and two large teens. The site - Large. Quiet. Great staff (all speaking fantastic English). Restaurant / main... More

We arrived here following a very long drive from London on the first stop of our round the Alps holiday. What a welcome site! Clean, well laid out, quiet and beautiful with a river running right down the edge. When we arrived we were given a pitch which did not look directly out on to the river, it was a... More

We love this campsite. The weather is pretty reliable in the summer and can be lovely and warm. The water in the river is just crystal clear and a lovely temperature for swimming. You can ride your rubber dinghies up and down the river and it is wonderful. There are small rapids and you might want to rent some kayaks,... More

We only stayed one night on our way to Switzerland, but liked it so much, we may return for a longer stay when we can. Delightful position by the river. Nice pool, friendly welcome. Lots of trees and spacious plots. They are in the middle of a refurbishment, but we found the facilities ok.

A quiet linear site along the river bank. Some pitches are a fair distance from facilities. The river is full of wildlife: kingfishers galore, herons etc etc. A kingfisher perched at the bottom of our pitch and a pine martin visited in the morning. Armand and Claire - his English wife - are extremely helpful. Although the restaurant was closed... More

Stayed July and booked for 11 nights through Camping & Caravan club. Great pitch, plenty of room for us with lots of hedges and trees to give privacy. It's a big site with good facilities in the new blocks. However, the older block was not kept well and always dirty and no privacy for washing only outdoor showers in cubicles.... More

We stayed for 10 nights in June 2014. We had wanted to stay on a peaceful rural site, with good facilities and with plenty of interesting places to visit within the locality. On all these counts this site exceeded our expectations. It was extremely well run by a Franco-British couple, Roman and Claire. There were plenty of modern, well supervised... More
