Beautiful family owned house with beautifully decorated and fresh rooms that really suit the building. Very quiet but only around the corner from the main town. I will definitely visit again whether it be a work or leisure visit.

Short leisure visit to Vannes, booked this stylish B&B, where we were made very welcome and given plenty of helpful, good advice from the owner, a charming lady. Comfortable, well-appointed second floor room with twin beds, separate modern good sized shower room with hi-tech multiple shower sprays & nozzles, plus another separate small room with W.C. but not a functioning...

This was a lovely old building quite close to the centre of town. Our room though was rather dark and faced on to a busy road so we had traffic fumes. The breakfast was generous and very good. The host and hostess were very nice. The bed was comfortable. There is no bidet or bath in the room we had....

Thanks for taking time to share your review about our house. Your description of "travels" room is disapointing and no other guests among hundreds during 5 years pointed that out : the street is far from the windows of this room, located on 2nd floor (it is the only room on this side of the house, the others are all...

This B&B was a most pleasant place to stay for a few nights. A very substantial house built in 1890 with rooms of ample proportions. The proprietors were so welcoming, the bedroom so comfortable and a lovely breakfast as well. The house provides safe parking for your car and we found it a short walk to the centre of town...

Very comfortable and welcoming. Easy walk into the city and restaurants. Elegant building is showing its age but in no way detracts from the experience. Excellent breakfast! Be aware that on site parking is extra.

Spent a few nights here at the end of a 5 week European odyssey and loved being in almost suburban Vannes, adjacent to the old city walls, off a cobbled street, with park like gardens surrounding the house and opposite a park that commemorated the soldiers of many wars. A peaceful and delightful 'suite' - we had bedroom, small lounge...

Vannes has a one way system and Maison de la Garenne is tucked away that you can find your Sat Nav is going mental. Eventually we parked up a street away and did the rest by convention and followed our noses (in the nicest possible way). Once found the treasure awaited. Delightful room with a view. Our themed room was...

Great location a short walk away form the historic centre. Rooms are nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable. The rest of the house seems less well maintained, Basic facilities with hard wooden chairs. Electric towel heater in bathroom did not work, shower bracket was lose. Parking on site available for a fee. Free parking in street if you can...

Dear Sir/ Madam, Thanks for taking time to leave a review about our house. We are sorry that you did not really appreciate your stay. We would like to give you some explanations about the things you pointed out : the ground floor was Antoine's parents appartment until they died recently in their 90's. We are now renovating this part...

This is the most wonderful place. If you are staying in Vannes, I cannot recommend this home more highly. It is lovely, in perfect walking distance to the historic centre and to the port, and is across from a very nice park. Very quiet and the hosts are lovely.

It's a little hard to initially locate with the GPS because it's located above the main road. The proprietor immediately makes any initial angst completely disappear with her disarmingly lovely manner. She invited us into her beautiful home and gave us free rein of the garden, breakfast room, and a well-stocked library. She invited us to have tea or coffee...
