A characterful hotel in an interesting town - well priced with pleasant service and a good breakfast. Not luxurious but clean, comfortable and very individual (anything but "corporate") set in a lovely old building close to the river. Easy parking close by and the town and its attractions at the doorstep. Light sleepers might be disturbed by traffic noise -... More

This hotel was fine for a one night stop. I would give it 3.7 out of 5. Each of the rooms in this old building were themed on a different country and this was done well. old building Our room was quite small with a separate toilet and shower. Despite the excellent location the room was quiet and we had... More

Late booking, as usual, from us and this hotel was just where we ended up by accident. Parking can be a bit of an issue. However, the hotel is very centrally located so good for anything you like to do in town. The hotel has themed rooms and I must say they are very tastefully done, nice colors and decorations... Bike touring in this area, we saw l'Astrolabe and were very happy that we did. Checked in without hesitation as the hotel had charming rooms in a good location for a very reasonable price. We were given the Greek room, but we saw the others, and all were charming for the price, and the breakfast was copious and of good... More

This was a really neat hotel in a really OLD building. Each room has a different theme. Ours was an African theme. Quite comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would stay here again if in Oloron-Sainte-Marie. The lady at the desk was lovely and extremely helpful with dinner suggestions and such.

We stayed here as a group of four early September. It was a very unusual hotel with themed rooms based on countries. We were in Africa and our friends were in Japan. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast in a small breakfast was served by the extremely friendly and helpful proprietress. Can recommend this hotel.

I really couldn't fault this hotel. It's an archetypal French building with beautiful paintwork and wrought iron balconies. The owner was wonderfully friendly and helpful and the rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended

every room is different from the other and every detail is taken care of. Very "warm" coloured rooms make you feel at home. Original decor. the bidet is missing from the bathroom but that seems to be' quite normal in france. staff super Kind.

This property is rated as a 2* but probably could move into a 3* with a push. The Hotel is centrally located in the village/small Town and on arrival the parking is a bit hit and miss as the Public Car park adjacent can be quite busy and during the day there is a limit as to how long you... More

We stayed for a night in the 'India' themed room and what a treat after a long bus ride and lots of hiking through the snow with a heavy backpack! There are just six rooms in this hotel, which is great since it has a very homey, modern yet personal feel. It's easy to find - just a straight walk... More
