If you looking for golden bathroom taps, golden toilet pod and luxuries allaround - this hotel is not for you. If you are looking just for the hotel where all rooms has wonderful sea views, everything is cleaned to perfection, nice staff - this is the right place. The hotel is located very close to Main street full of shops and restaurants and also to the beach and sea port. The building looks quite old (inside as well as outside), furniture seeks for some renovations but this is greatly compensated with the staff friendliness (even with the fact their English is sometimes a bit limited), and very high cleaning standards. All hotel's staff is very professional and always smiling. You every moment feel they are ready to help You. Pros: Aircondition worked quietly and effectively. Very good WiFi speed. We were a bit surprised there was no fridge in a room. All the rooms has very very spacious terrace to look at the sunset over the mountains and relax. Cons: TV has about 45 channels - all in French. For us personally the bed was a little bit tooo soft but I know lots of people which would consider it as very positive feature. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were there for a week and lived in room 201 DO NOT book a hotel in Propriano if you plan to use public transport and especially return home from Figari Airport. The taxi might be very!!! expensive.…

Hotel Hibiscus is located along the main road of Propriano that has all the shops and restaurants, at the edge of the center. It is about 500 meters from downtown and 1 km to the beach at the end of the road. The hotel sits on the hillside away from the road, so you hardly hear the traffic. The hotel looks very old and outdated, but where it counts everything works (well, except the elevator). The beds are comfortable (although less so if you're tall as they are the standard length of 1.90 meters), there is a good shower, the air-conditioning is one of the few things that is actually new and very quiet and effective, and the shower works well. All rooms have seaview and a balcony, and there is free parking on-site. If you don't mind it looks old, this is a good deal with a low rate for what you get. …

Really nice views of the bay and the water from the hotel rooms. The price was all right, and the breakfast was tasty which is not always a sure thing in France! The rooms are fine, but unfortunately the aircon was broken in our room.

If you are looking for a big clean room, friendly staff, and a great location without all the bells and whistles....and more importantly, the big price tag then this place is well worth it. It's a little 'retro' in some places in terms of decor but if you're in Propriano to see Corsica and not the inside of a hotel room then this place is for you. We spoke a little French and the staff spoke a little English but we got on just fine and felt very welcome. Just at the end of the quieter end of the main street this place is great to retire to after a busy day exploring or being on the beach. There are endless restaurants within very easy walking distance and we absolutely loved our time here. The rooms are spacious, we had a large Sea View Balcony and we paid less than £500 for the week. The rooms were cleaned and spotless every day and the added bonus of the fridge to keep the local wind chilled made for a very pleasant experience. A nice little terrace to sit out in the morning with a coffee or breakfast but no pool....but the beach at the other end of the main street has everything you could want. I would go back in a heartbeat…

This hotel might not look very pleasing on the outside, but it is good in the inside. Rooms are quite spacious, with a beautiful view on the sea and a separate bathroom and toilet. Sadly there is no swimming pool, but the beach is just 5 mins away and has loads of fish. There is a good restaurant next to the beach called "Restaurant des amis" if you wanna go eat there. You only get breakfast in this hotel but it fills you up : croissants, pains aux chocolats, bread, orange juice and nutella are all there for you. Finally this hotel has a private parking and I would recommend it for it is right next to the sea, the rooms are air conditionned and shops/ restaurants are very close.
