Overall we enjoyed our stay. Dropped in after hiking some of the GR20 so the clean hot showers and swimming pool were luxurious in comparison to the refuges. Ground is very hard and quite difficult to pitch on so bring a mallet! Lights at night were quite bright and music from nearby nightclubs might disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool bar and shop were useful.

We stayed in a mobile home for two nights at the end of April. There were few people in the camp. The mobile home is comfortable and well equipped.A double bed is too small for two adults. All mobile homes are directly on the sun. There is a nice pool . Water was warmed up to 28 degrees. It was very cold at night in the mobile home and there were not enough blankets ( only one for each person ). Frogs were very loud all night long. The location of camping is excellent, just 5 minutes walking to the long beach and 10 minutes to the city. Few minutes away is also well stocked supermarket. There is no natural shade on the beach.

I liked the fact your place is clean and it's close to the port of Calvi. But never ever advertise with wifi again because your wifi is the worst i've ever seen! It might not be a big problem for most of your guests, but since I need wifi on my trips I will look for a place to stay WITH wifi facilities. So you aren't honest in advertising and that's a shame.

We booked a mobile home on this site for a week and we thought it was very nice. The mobile home was clean and well equipped. It also had air con which was good as it still got up to 30C in mid hSeptember. The staff were very friendly and spoke English if needed. We never went in the pool as the beach is so close but it looked nice.We never ate in the restaurant but bought our baguette daily from the shop and don't think we ever had a bad one.The pizza cabin at the site entrance was excellent. The location is fabulous.5 minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk into town.Even the supermarket is convenient. You pass Super U on the way back to the site or the Casino is a few minutes drive away.Calvi is beautiful and the beach and water is so nice.We flew with Titan Airways but you have to book through Corsican Places. You may pay a little more for the flight but you fly direct into Calvi and I timed the drive at 8 minutes from leaving the airport to pulling up at the campsite.I really would recommend Les Castors and this beautiful part of the world!

We had a very nice stay at Les Castors. The tent pitches were spacious, the facilities clean, and the staff helpful. A great bonus that it was possible to rent a fridge. The beach and the city centre were within walking distance.
