We loved our viking themed room and the lovely sky light. Well, visiting in early July meant almost 24 hrs of day light, so the room never even got close to dark! We should have been more prepared with eye shields to sleep! Actually the...More
Sadly our planned stay in a beautiful place was spoiled by constant rain.We had room number 2 which faced the bridge and it meant that we had to sit with the curtains closed as many tourists wanted to look into our room as they passed...More

Hi Kimberly, when I booked this accommodation online I was given the options to choose room with breakfast and room without breakfast so we went with the breakfast option as there are no other hotels in that area to have breakfast especially as we wake up first thing next morning. Regarding your question about "the car is left at the ferry" can you explain what you mean by that but if I understand your question correctly you can take your car on the ferry for the ride to say Flam but you cant leave it on the ferry overnight. There is heaps of parking at the Gudvangen Fjordtell accommodation for you to park overnight. Hope this answers your queries.
