Today we have the worst experience with hotel ever. We travel a lot and therefore are used to all kinds of accommodation, people, culture... But this never happened to us.
Firstly we called to the accommodation (because of the prepayment) and some very rude guy answered the phone. He told us we should have booked those rooms directly with him not through the booking.com.
Today we came to the hotel. We have booked Two-bedroom suite and Two bedroom apartment as you can see in our reservations.
The problem was that the owner gave us two rooms, each for 3 people. We told him this was not possible, we need to have separate rooms so he gave us another room. That means we would basically pay 50 euros more/per night. We showed him our reservation for two mentioned rooms. He showed us his tablet where he had our reservation for two rooms. He basically said - look there are 2 rooms booked. So we showed him there is "more info" button with all the additional information. Afterwards he started to be extremely rude, he started to shout on use, he used vulgarisms etc. We are from Slovakia and this place is in Czech republic, we speak almost the same language and everybody understands each other. But he said he doesnt understand us at all (even though he lives close to our borders). He was obviously just pretending he does not understand.
At the end we had no other choice just to take those rooms, but the place looked terribly. We deal with people every day, it is part of our work, but nobody has been so rude to us in decades and Im not overacting.
Within the same hour we found another place to stay, gave him keys back and left the hotel. In the new place we are staying told us we are not first people who left Apartmány Celnica because of the owner and came to their hotel.
Just want to let you know that we were really scared and upset because of the owner and want to make sure nobody else will in the future have.

Na této chatě jsme byli poprvé a naposledy. Jelo nás 13 a nebyl problém použít všechny pokoje při objednání celé chaty, akorát nám pan majitel zapomněl říct, že chce k už tak nadstandardní ceně navíc +3000. Jeli jsme na 4 dny a skoro každý den za námi pan majitel přijel a prošel si celou chatu bez našeho vědomí ( zřejmě pro kontrolu).Postele v některých pokojích jsou nepohodlné a vodu, která teče z kohoutku bych k pití nedoporučil. Další záporná věc je dětské hřiště, které je až za cestou (často frekventovanou).
Pokud si někdo vybere tuto chatu, požadujte cenu veškerých služeb dopředu a písemně, ať nejste nakonec překvapeni jako my.

Radím všem, pokud si nechcete zkazit víkend, tak se tomuto zařízení vyhněte.Víkend jsme si rezervovali přes ubytovací portál a plni očekávání pohodového víkendu vyrazili. Už při příjezdu nás celkem zaskočilo okolí, ale i to by se dalo v pohodě opomenout, kdyby....... Pan majitel nás hned natáhnul o 1000 Kč navíc, že je chyba na portálu, kde jsme pobyt rezervovali. A pak nás chtěl strčit do pokoje, který jsme objednán neměli. Když jsme trvali na tom, že buď chceme objednaný apartmán nebo rušíme pobyt, tak nám začal vyhrožovat, že to stejně všechno zaplatíme. Sebrali jsme se a odjeli.

Letošní silvestrovský týden jsme prožili Ve Velkých karlovicích Apartmány Celnica. Bylo nás 15 + 3 děti. Měli jsme pro sebe celé apartmány. Při příjezdu bylo všude čisto a vše pro nás připraveno. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni, ale na prvním místě ve spokojenosti bylo jídlo. Jedním slovem vynikající. jeden večer jsme měli na večeři domácí boruvkove knedlíky s máslem ,sypané mákem nebo tvarohem a k tomu kopec šlehačky. Kdo neměl zájem druhá volba byla řízek a štouchané brambory. Paní provozní byla skvělá, nic pro ni nebyl problém. Byl zde s námi i náš vnuk který má dvě onemocnění a celkkem velká omezení. Chovala se k němu velmi laskavě a snažila se aby si i on užil. Personál byl ochotný a velmi milý. V okolí je plno sjezdovek kde si užili lyžaři a nelyžaři návštívili termální bazény v hotelu Horal. Takže se nám v Celnici velmi líbilo a určitě se sem rádi vrátime. Za všechny Eva Horníková
