It is a nice and calm Thermal resort in Sandıklı. The hotel offers half board and full board services with a main restaurant, vitamin bar and two cafés. During the day they offer some soft drinks, water, brewed Turkish tea, instant coffee, and some herbal tea. The hotel has thermal pools, indoor snd outdoor swimming pools, hamam and saunas. They also offer massage and skin care services with charges. In terms of 5 star requirements, the hotel has sufficient facilities. However, some services are provided not at the 5 star level. The hotel staff is very nice and over working.

I'd recommend this hotel as one of the best, friendly and nice one. the staff are amazing, very helpful. we had a very big youth group attending in this hotel. they enjoyed themselves and facilities are awesome. I've had the best experience. thanks to the Managers, Zehra & Selvi and Ali. Such an amazing team. xx

I stayed here with my mother. They have a nice pool, hot bath for men,women and mixed. The pool outside is nice and big, there is usually nobody until afternoon. But the slide only works in the afternoon. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is open buffet and there are many options. But afternoon snacks are usually carb based. I like that they offer different herbal tea everyday. The staff was usually nice, except couple of them. The problem in this hotel is the customers, usually older people or families. So don't expect a fun vacation here unless you go with like 5 to 10 people.

We needed a place to stay in the area and chose this hotel based on the TA reviews. It was a good choice with comfortable rooms. Dinner and breakfast buffets had good selections. Typical bad instant-like coffee however. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools including the thermal pool and sauna. Very relaxing stay.

Twice we found insects on the food (the first time an snail on the lettuce and the second time an alive worm in the omelette). The staff only said "sorry" but non of them tried to find a solution, we were hungry and stressed customers in a place we went to have some relax. Non English spoken and two of the four days no cleaning in the room at all. No customer service, no quality control. I don't understand how did they get the stars.
