Stayed here for 3 nights as an add on to another 4 nights spent at Moniga Del Garda. Rented a San Francesco plus which is a contemporary caravan with 2 beds with en suite showers rooms and a small living area. We were not keen on the over bearing breakfast bar and stool arrangement as it took up such valuable... More

Ended up paying a ridiculous amount for one night at this site, due to changes in exchange rate and huge cleaning charge of 40 euros for 1 night. we had booked a mobile home (supposedly luxury from pictures) - in fact it was like being in a cardboard box and for 220 euros for 1 night we got NO toilet... We stayed here in our campervan for four nights in high season , Our pitch was big enough and close to the lake with some shade from trees. Pitches were close together so good to make friends with your neighbours! Lake access is great and pedalos, boats etc. available on the 'beach' from where you can also catch a motorboat... More

Very good campsite. Very clean, and excellent staff. Pool area good, although our kids of 13 and 11 like a slide or two. Bar area good, though could have had a couple of other beers as a choice. Mobile home we stayed in was excellent - very spacious for our family of 4, with good aircon. Great access to the... More

The location of this site in relation to both Sirmione and Lake Garda is excellent. The bus stop is also close to the site, making access to Verona very easy indeed (about 1 1/4 hours away on an air-conditioned bus) We ended up with a beautiful spot, from which we could see the lake. The 38' heat did make us... More

Good camping. Friendly staff, good food, nice shop. Directly at the water. Wheelchair accessible! The only bad thing was, that we camped close to the bar/restaurant, there was a lot of noice, screaming, laughing untill midnight, and at 6 in the morning they started cleaning the camping, but the vacuum was broken, and it made a lot of noise.

5 nights in our campervan on 33degree heat maybe has an impact on this review. Not enough shaded plots to let us cool down. Plots also very cramped and long grass promoted lots of beasties. Wash block was a run of the gauntlet with the rampant mozzies and other biting things. A familiar trait in Italian sites. Wifi is expensive... More

We stayed at Camping San Francesco for 9 Nights in May 2016. We made our reservation through booking.com for a mobile for 4 people. We are delighted when we arrived to find that both bedrooms were en suite, with toilet, wash hand basin and shower. This made life easier straight away. The mobile was showing signs of wear and tear... More

We stayed 4 nights here. Arriving after 9pm due to traffic we thought we would be spending the night in the parking lot but thanks to helpful staff we pitched up lakeside that night. We had to move to another lake pitch the next day but it was no bother. The first row of lake pitches are totally worth it,... More

We booked this holiday through Venue Holidays. I knew nothing about them and nothing about camping whatsoever so I was very apprehensive. We booked a three bedroom home with kitchen, toilet and shower room and when we arrived we were greeted by Mick and Mary two Reps. from Venue holidays. They were so helpful and on hand for any queries... More
