Good property conveniently located off Milan area, immersed in green with pool and relaxing pool area. Rooms are Ibis style, breakfast is much more than that with plenty of choice on offer. WiFi is very good. Excellent for families but also for business travellers who wish to relax after a busy day.

We booked an apartment to have an option to cook food for kids. The apartment was in not in a state to be called 4 star property. Edges of the bed and its mesh ripping apart. The hot plate didn't work and several staff members inspected but hot plates were not fixed. Breakfast did not even had good bread to eat. Hotel offered drinks from their bar for the inconvenience caused due to non-functioning hot plate. By no means this is acceptable from a so called 4 star property. We recommended to one of oir friends who were now equally disappointed. Mosquitoes all over in hotel. Never again to this property.

Nice rooms with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Swimming pool adds to the experience. Only downside were two very slow elevators and especially in Covid-time this makes you wait for 10 minutes or more on occassions.

Decent hotel in a central location between the lakes and close to Milan. A few basic things could be better: stronger airco, no coffee and tea facilities in the room, provide extra pillow. At busy days it was hard to find a table and food in the breakfast area. Staff was friendly but at some times not enough staff to handle the work. Big parking area. Small but deep pool (not for small children).

Hotel overall was very pleasant, great breakfast with plenty of choice great room, very clean with good facilities, the only thing that lets it down is the area is a little bland. Recommed if staying in this area and dont mind driving or getting buses.

My third visit and loving it. Great hospitality with friendly staff, nice rooms and tucked in a plush quiet location surrounded by trees and birds chirping in the morning. Very good breakfast. Beats Ibis & Novotel Malpensa anytime.

Can't find anything negative about this hotel. Very good breakfast. Perfect cleanliness, ample parking, courtesy of staff.Very good sound insulation.Good to visit Lake Maggiore, Lugano and Fox Town an excellent shopping center within a twenty-minute drive.

Small package with big punch! Enjoyed the serenity, trees and quiet natural environment. Smiling faces of all the staff adds to a pleasant stay. Breakfast is awesome! Own car / drive is a necessity as the location is a little out-of-town.

Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms very clean and very comfortable beds. This is located out of the city in a quiet area of Varese. They have a restaurant that prepares simple food for dinner. The pizza is quite good.

A family hotel with grate hospitality. The people that manage this hotel are very kind, gentle and helpful. We had a very comfortable appartment with view at the swimming pool. The breakfast was really great with big variety and high quality. It was fantastic! the swimming pool was the lovely place of our child. There is a big free parking and the hotel is 5' by car from the center of Varese. We are grateful of your hospitality.
