Ended up here when my flight got cancelled. This is a brand new hotel just outside Varese and 40 minutes from Malpensa airport. It is a 4 star hotel mainly thanks to the good standard of the rooms and the fact it is brand new. Located just off a roundabout there is no noticeable 'hotel' sign. There is only breakfast...

Modern; efficient; spacious - yes all of these things, but apart from sleeping you would not want to spend any time here. The lobby bar is about as uninviting as it gets. Think of it as a modern motel with a grand entrance.

I am an expat living in Italy. I stayed here for 187 days in Italy in 2011 while working out housing for my permanent stay. I found this to be a tremendous value, especially if you are willing to bend a little bit on the "extras" that other hotels have that don't add much except cost. The hotel is laid...

It´s a good property very closed to Varese lake and just few steps away from the city. It´s a quite new property, 3 years on the market. And I´ve been already twice in there. I liked its light design character, the usage of bright wood everywhere which gives to the hotel a very welcoming area. The rooms are spacious, parking...

I stayed here for four nights in august with three colleagues. On first impressions, the hotel is gorgeous, very clean and modern. The reception staff were very welcoming, and quickly booked us into our rooms. We were also given free wifi logins for the duration of our stay. The rooms were very tastefully decorated, very modern in style. The layout...

Great hotel , modern and good location. The rooms are great, clean, service was great. Only negative would be that there is no restaurant..this would make a great addition. Large parking area, in the middle of the lake district in Northern Italy. Great atmosphere.

My husband and I stayed at Capolago overnight. We were on our way to Lake Garda from Switzerland and wanted to make a stop and grab a good night's sleep. The hotel is a bit our of the way but we did know this and didn't care. The rooms are pretty good and modern: flat screen, bed as big as...

After a long day's drive and sightseeing with tired complaining children we turn at the hotel's gates to a beautiful heartwarming Swiss sale style building. Tasteful reception area, open spaced, uncluttered like I said Swiss style or perhaps Scandinavian style. The rooms were also very comfortable, tasteful, spotlessly clean, quiet and we slept very well. We parked the car right...

I really don't know how they classify hotel star-level in Italy but this hotel is only NEW (opened 2008) but that doesn't make any 4 stars automatically. The whole property looks more like a motor inn for short overnight stays (holiday or business) as it has only 2 wings on ground floor. Free parking and the location far from the...

Great big rooms with all the modern comforts and huge shower. Modern, clean and beautiful. Great distance to Milan Malpensa airport. Served the best buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Great Steak Roadhouse across the road for dinner.
