Hotel is VERY clean and staff is always obliging. Not many American's visit Varazze, but everyone does their best to communicate. Have been visiting family run, Hotel Torretti every year for 7 years (end of June/beginning of July) - and the staff is the same wonderful group. They greet their return guests, with a smile, hug & kisses. Graziella is one of their servers - she is wonderful. They are one of the few hotels in the area that offer air conditioning and showers (instead of bath tubs). Food is always good, plentiful & they always give you a choice from the menu the day before. Vegetarians would be happy to know that there are plenty of greens that are offered there too. Hotel is just a quick walk (under 5 minutes) to the beach. Playground is outside for little kids. Varrazze is nice for families with children. We meet up with friends and enjoy the quiet sea town. More

“If you want a room with air conditioning or a stand alone shower, - just ask. Some rooms will offer a view of the Ligurian Sea. 4 levels of the hotel- probably about 35-ish rooms. Hotel does have a lift.”
