We had an incredible week at Castella Izzalini in early April. Our one bedroom timeshare exchange apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Sara was very friendly and attentive. The Castella is like a little village in itself. The building with the clocktower that you see in the photographs is the reception area, breakfast room and ‘clubhouse’ area. The units are...

Stayed a week. It was a comfortable stay. Sara was helpful. You need a car and note, this is an apartment not a hotel. Bring toiletries. Nice view from window, but no place to ennjoy the scene in your room

You do have to have a car to reach this lovely little hamlet. The apartments are looked after by a lovely young lady named Sarah who is a wealth of information, and always helpful. We had a one bedroom apartment that was well equipped and comfortable throughout. If you are staying for a week you may need to buy extra...

We enjoyed our stay at the Castello Izzalini. It was a wonderful retreat after spending long days visiting the hill cities in the region. Especially wonderful to visit was Assisi, Orvieto, Todi , Spoleto, and on and on. My husband got really experienced at driving a stick-shift on the hills in the different cities. OH MY! Some of the streets...

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom apartment at this Resort for a week. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, dishwasher, electric kettle et al. The Kairos Caffe at 50 mtrs from the resort provides a good option for all meals. We had a car and used Izzalini as a base to visit Montelpulciano, Oriveto,...

We recently spent a week here - using it our base to travel in Umbria, Le Marche, and Abruzzo. Not only had I never really ever heard of Todi before - it's certainly not what one normally thinks of as a tourist destination - Castello Izzalini is another 20 minutes away from the city. But that's certainly not a problem....

We chose a week long stay during the off-season and were enchanted by the fall colors and beauty of this area and the hotel. Our room was located on the 1st floor up from the main floor and was quite spacious. We found the kitchen to be more than adequate for our needs, typically we would cook our own breakfast...

Castello Izzalini is a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful resort in Izzalini. Although remotely located it is convenient to schedule day trips to many areas in Italy including Todi, Assisi, Siena, Gubbio, Montepulciano, Cortona, Montefalco,& Pisa. The staff of Sarah and Simone were extremely thorough and helpful in assisting in planning trips, directions, etc. The resort is well taken care of...

What a lovely place to stay. Well decorated. Everything you could need. In a place that is tranquil and relaxing. Our host Sarah could not do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. The local Cafe Kairos Kafe provided some great meals and wines at a very reasonable rate on the night we ate out. We meet other guests and...

Great accommodation in this wonderfully renovated building. Having the kitchen was terrific allowing us to cook which we did on a few nights. Sarah was fantastic with our questions and made the stay very enjoyable. The accommodation was spacious and allowed privacy with our adult daughter. Only negative would be - No internet in the room. Need to use only...
