There is no doubt that this is an amazing location to spend the night. The place was buzzing with tons of day trippers on arrival. We settled in to our room in the out building, which was a basic bunk room with 8 beds. It was comfortable enough, however we had to go to the main building to use the...

Our 3rd stop of our 6 day Hut other Hut trek. Stayed for 2 nights. One of the larger huts in the dolomites. Always packed with people with a queue at the bar especially if it's good weather. It has a long spacious terrace outside. Delicious food, friendly service. Slept in a dorm with 6 double decker bunk beds at...

Stayed in three different rifugio's on our trip, all in private rooms, and this was easily the most basic. Shared bathroom facilities, concrete walled room, and basic breakfast. Dinner was good. So these are the negatives, and hey it's a place in the mountains, and back home, I'd have to sleep in a tent in the back country. Would I...

If you want to wake up with a the view of Drei Zinnen, this is the place. Have not used it overnight, but we walked up and had lunch, then walked down again. 8 km up and 8 km down. The food is great, and they have a special way of handling the customers sitting outside. Just enter, look at...

This was the first rigugio I had stayed in in the Dolomites and it sets the standard for others to follow. The accommodation was great and the location is absolutely stunning. The food however, is something else. Three courses that would rival food I've had in Michelin starred restaurants. Absolutely brilliant. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We have had lunch on 1st July at this mountain restaurant and we were very much satisfied. The quality of food was very good. We have had speck canederli soup, which was very tasty and ravioli stuffed with red turnip cooked in butter and served with grated cheese, which were simply perfect. For dessert a good cheese cake produced with...

We stayed at the Rifugio Locatelli for one night, as a couple in a shared room for 4 people. Unfortunately by the time we booked (a couple of months before) we weren't able to get a double room. Obviously the big plus point of this Rifugio is the location - when we walked in at lunchtime the place was packed...

Magical place. Tre Cime view is spectacular. Great food surprises. Thanks to the inventive chef. Great strudel. Warm comforter. The alpine flowers of all sorts were at their peak this year. Have been before, will go again.

What a great place to arrive to after one very long day of hiking. The location is just stunning, despite the photo you can see, the truth is even more astonishing. We booked 2 months in advance a double room; nice and clean, with a direct view on the 3 Cime. I couldn't really sleep at night as i was...
