Great location. Friendliness and helpfulness. Large room and comfort (terrace and beautiful view). It can not be paid by VISA card. Dirty floors, no one cleans. Weak pressure of cold water. No safe-box.

Amanda and Flavio were amazing! You felt as if you were a special guest in their home. Our room overlooked the palazzo. High ceiling with floor to ceiling doors to the Juliette balcony. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious. Amanda's cappuccinos.....bellissimo! After experiencing the Nice terror attack, it was just the retreat we needed. Hope to stay with them...

My friend brought me here for a girls night out in Italy. The hotel is just lovely. Flavio & Amanda were very welcoming and it made my friend and me feel very special. The room, while quite basic, was very clean and comfortable. Its in a great location, right in the middle of the action. I will most certainly stay...

Very warmly welcomed in a splendid palazzo on a buzzing, palmtree filled street. Was shown to my small but clean and nice 1 person room, which had a surprisingly large bathroom. Had a great night of rest and received croissants , warm bread and an omelette for breakfast along with a m variety of drink choices. All in all great...

Comfy bed, slept really well, great value and lovely service with copious breakfast and perfect location for exploring Sanremo...endless branded chain hotel rooms make you realise that when the owners are this welcoming the hotel merits 5 stars!

I can only emphasise what people have written here before. Flavio & Amanda are the friendliest, kindest hoteliers that I have ever encountered. The location is perfect: 1 minute walk to the port or town centre. It is the 2nd floor of a large old(ish) building on the street, with all bedrooms opening onto the breakfast room. Our room was...

This is a self proclaimed 2 star hotel with a standard room with breakfast included in the heart of SanRemo. It was clean, had a minibar in the lobby that was based on the honor system, and a small lobby area where you could relax outside of your room. The included wifi was very good (you could stream if you...

We stayed in the Albergo Malibu for just one night on our trip to Genua and received the warmest welcome from Flavio and Amanda. The place is located perfectly in the centre and is a true gem with great value for money. But what it makes really special are the two hosts who make you really feel part of their...

excellent location (for us, close to the beach), service, and management. The hotel is a small one, with charm and class, it is clean and cozy. But the real assets are Amanda and Flavio, who go beyond the extra-mile to please you (specially at breakfast!!!!) and help you (to have a wonderful stay in Sanremo). our experience in Hotel Malibu...
