We spent a week with family and friends in the hotel. We rented one of their chalets, the upper part with a split-level apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 ids and our friends rented the same with 3 kids. In each there is a sofa bed and 3 single beds in one room plus the double bed upstairs, so...

We were here for some days of relax, skiing and going sledding. it was perfect. The chalet is very very beautiful with all services you can imagine, you can be there with your kids and in the same time you find the place and time to stay with your partner. very romantic and comfortable, close to che slopes and with...

Dear Mrs Abruscagin, what else sounds wonderful to us! It's great that you enjoyed it soooo much to stay with us. We always try to organize things that you can spent some time with your partner while the kids play in the Mini Club! It's so important to have little time just for yourself! This is a lovely small hotel and importantly family run in the Dolomites. It’s just off the main road so easy to find and it’s surrounded by lovely alpine pastures – waking up to the sound of cows was lovely. The staff are very friendly and recognised our poor language skills from the outset so English was the order of...

The hotel has great facilities but not even the beauty of the Dolomites can compensate for management who feel entitled to insult its paying customers. The elderly lady at the front desk was extremely rude and went on a tantrum before letting me check out, escalating her aggressive tone. By the time she realized that she had crossed the line,...

Dear Mr Mercuri, the "elderly" lady works for the Family Wachtler since several years and because of that we completely trust her and know exactely that she behaves well with everyone of our guests. We are sorry, that you didn't enjoy your holidays with us. And to tell the truth we still haven't understood what you didn't like about the...

Perfectly thought out outlay of Hotel end appartments/chalets. An ideal destination for families wanting a Dolomitti experience. Large well maintained suites, which were level beyond what you normally can expect from 4 star Italian properties. The room/suite price structure makes this hotel highly attractice for larger familes, very much value for money. Spoken english may not be the Hotels strong...

Dear Mr Bookerdk, it's wonderful to read that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are very sorry to hear that our "English" was not our "strong point" because all our girls at the reception try to do their best to explain all the walks and hikes in the surroundings. But we will try to improve this! We hope to...

An absolutely wonderful experience at the Post Alpina. Children of all ages treated like kings, food was 5 star rated every day, rooms were spotless and comfortable, welcoming spa pool, and an excellent location for exploring north east Italy. Only wish was for in-room toys (for rainy days). We will definitely return for a ski or summer holiday.

I was here with my family few times for a skiing holiday and we were thrilled every time. Staff is friendly, helpful and nice. Accommodation is really something special. Staying there was like a fairytale! I would recommend it to everyone. I would also like to go there during summer or spring if I'll have a chance.
