For me, this is the perfect campsite: a calm atmosphere with stunning views to relax the adults; fabulous pool complex to entertain the kids. There was an additional charge for the big slides, but at €3.50 for 11 slides, it wasn't too expensive and meant the slides weren't busy. We found bar and snack prices fair too. Staff were all...

This site is conveniently placed for an overnight stop near the motorway. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived, welcomed by friendly staff and shown to our pitch. Our car had to stay in the car park as no cars on site, only for arriving and departing. We parked our car under the solar panels in the car park,...

Magnificent camping in beautiful region. Paradise for swimmers, 4 large pools with different depths. Large view on the sunny hills while swimming. Nice walks in the quite very hilly surroundings. The 3 Ampère is little problem: if you shut temporary down the fridge, you can use the coffeemachine. No cars on the site (only for placing caravan or motorhome, tent,...

We arrived to the site 2 couples with 6 kids. The reception was very cold and not informative. Very expensive for what's on offer. Then one has to pay extra for everything, like Internet, rides and deck chairs. The place was dirty and staff very rude. We ordered some toasts for the kids and had to wait an hour for...

It's true that there is an uphill slog to the car park but leaving cars at the entrance means the site is quiet and safe to walk around. Lovely setting in the hills and the nearby town of Salsomaggiore has charm and a remarkable Art Deco thermal bath complex. Trains from nearby Fidenza leave regularly for Parma, Modena and Bologna....

We stayed for 2 weeks in a cottage. The cottages are fine, they have even a dishwasher. The bathroom is pretty small. Our 9 year old daughter had a great time playing with plenty other kids. The pools are fine, the poolmasters are strict to the rules and not very communicative. The positive side of this, is that the pools...

We appeared on their doorstep after 2 nights accom in a mobile unit and we were not disappointed. Very family friendly, while out of season and very few kids around, our children loved the play ground and activities on offer. The pool opened the day we left. Shop was inexpensive and the food at their restaurant was value for money....

We arrived after reading about this wonderfull campsite. It is nothing like they describe it. The service is terrible, the staff is rude. We were shown to a pitch with hardly any shade, when we asked to move to a shadier pitch the request was refused, yet there were lots of empty pitches in the shade. It is a rip...

We just returned from camping Arizona where we have stayed for two weeks. It was not the camping we originally booked but we came there for an overnight stay. Unfortunately we could not get our car to work the next day and it appeared that the engine was completely destroyed and we had to wait for over a week until...

The touring pitches on this site are down a very long, steep hill. For caravanners cars HAVE to be left on the car park at e top of the hill. I explained that I have reduced walking ability especially when hills involved but the owner refused point blank to let us take the car down to our pitch. Handicap is...
