Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The location is great for all areas. Not on the water and not crowded. The lovely and modern newly decorated lobby and bar are quite chic. The hotel is older, but compensates for this with great staff, great reception area and adequate rooms with all the necessary toiletries and very nice towels. The rooms in the back of the hotel all have balconies, which is quite nice. The view if of the mountain side and little villages dotted among them. Great place to come with a family as they have an entire play area devoted to children. They have a typical European breakfast with lots of extras. Great hams and cheeses, yogurt and fruit, the best cappuccino and there is always someone there to accommodate. The lunch and dinner menus vary each day which is fixed, but they also

We stayed a week in this hotel at February and it was a nice place with good price. The room is nice and well heated with tea and coffee facility and 24 hour free wifi, the bathroom is very modern and the shower has non-stop hot water. What made me unhappy is the cleanliness: the cleaning lady only cared to wipe off the dust from the bigger and more visible objects and areas, some corners had even dust bunnies in it and several long black hair all around the floor. I asked by the reception to get a better cleaning on the floor but it never happened...it seemed like we got less and less cleaning by the end of the week..the towels were changed to fresh ones every day though. On our first night we wanted to try the hotel restaurant but turned out to be a bad idea. It was on

We visited Riva del Garda end of october 2014 and stayed at Hotel Campagnola. It was a wonderful experience :) we have a 10 month old and the hotel environment couldnt have been more friendly to the baby as well as to us :) Specially liked the lovely sitting place at the back of the hotel with swings and the pool. The staff is super friendly and accomodative. The room we were given was spacious, well aerated, and had all the basic neccessities of tv, cable, electric kettle as well as a nice bathroom. The hallways were quiet and the over all ambience was that of peace and well being :) We opted for the morning buffet breakfast which was the highlight of the stay :) lots of options to choose from and everything was fresh and abundant. Will recommend it wholeheartedly :) cant

The hotel is a 10 min cycle from the waterfront. There is a cycle path that is almost all off the road and an easy ride. We hired the bikes from the hotel free of charge. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. We used the pool several times and had it to ourselves. Food was good also.

Great hotel with a convenient location on the tip of Lago di Garda. Great to explore the lake and Dolomites. The hotel itself is well kept, has a good restaurant and good breakfast. Rooms are decently sized, clean and modern. Wifi isn't the best, but that is everywhere in Italy it seams, at least it was free and worked in the rooms too.

We had a lovely time here- our 3rd floor room was beautiful! (312!) it had a balcony with amazing views over the mountains. Pool area was very clean with plenty of loungers. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Plenty of parking too which is a bonus.

Stayed for four nights after arriving late. Good food, good rooms, quiet nights and very well maintained and serviced. Good and helpful staff. Nice bar and excellent spritz. Free push bikes if you want to get into Riva del Garda. Will go again.

When we arrived at the hotel we did not like the location. About a 10 minute bike ride to beach and on a main road. However, the rooms were large and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the inflatables and trampolines in the backyard. If you are not looking for fancy, but friendly, clean and fun, this is a good place.

We stayed for an 8 day stay in the beginning of August at Campagnola hotel Riva Del Garda. the party consisted of 3 adults and a teenager. We arrived at 9,30pm after a three hour journey driving from Malpensa Airport with our hired car and were very pleased when we arrived to find free ample parking space available for hotel residents. We were greeted by Roberto the receptionist and he gave us free brochures to help us explore Riva del Garda. Our hotel room which was medium size had all the necessary amenities with amazing views of vine yards and the surrounding mountains, the hotel is spotless and very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and the food was great. The hotel is situated about 25 min walking distance from the centre and is ideal if you want to stay in a

A lovely clean modern hotel. All beautifully appointed with excellent decor. Sabrina the lady that registered us and also served us in the bar was wonderful. Nothing too much trouble and super friendly - good English too. The buffet breakfast was well set out and all fresh as a daisy, and as with all the decor in the hotel the dining room was beautifully and tastefully furnished. No meals served other than breakfast, but right next door to the hotel is a first class restaurant/pizzeria owned by the proprietors of the hotel. Excellent food and not expensive. Tea, coffee and alcohol available from the reception/bar until about 11 at night. Our room was spotless with really comfortable beds, just enough wardrobe/cupboard space (no drawers at all) and, as is not always the case in
