At first side it looks well designed and managed....... but the we realize was swindle. First the room temperature ones in, we realize that room temp. Was over 36 degree than tv doesn’t work with responds time of over 2 hours. The bathroom doors was broken and so on....... The best part comes when we inform the night manager that we would extend one more night which he didn’t have the responsibility to share it with day Manager. Strongly un recommended

There is a lot to tell about this little boutique-style hotel. Although there are plenty of positive elements to mention, our feeling after a one week stay was not completely satisfied.  Let's start with everything good. The location is basically convenient, on a rather busy road with beaches starting at 300 m and the main trendy shopping streets around the corner. Roomsize (we were in 101, about 27 m2) is certainly above average in Riccione. Staff, all of them stylish young men, is friendly and attentive (Fabio, compliment!) . Because there is no parking space on the street, the hotel offers valet parking in their garage for 12 euro per day. The rooms offer good comfort, with fantastic beds, a safe, a spacious bathroom, a walk-in shower big enough for a family of four, expensive care products, a coffee machine, a fridge and a small balcony. Free WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay.  So where is the problem? The main issue is that design and style seem to outrank functionality, and that really starts to bother if you have a longer stay. There are plenty of examples here: most electrical functions in the room are controlled by means of several control panels, but it will take some time to figure out how they are working, despite staff explaining them upon arrival. The sun-blinding  curtains close electrically, but there are no other thinner curtains, so if you open up in the morning, you are basically standing naked in front of the window. Since the hotel is very close to the street, people outside will enjoy the view (or not...). The room is dark at night, which is of course okay, but so is the control panel, meaning you have to try and find the right button. The safe is located at a height of almost 2 meters, you will need a chair to climb on to use it - and it is not even attached to any wall. The coffee machine has a very fancy design, but it can not give hot water, so making tea is impossible. The glass design door of the fridge has no handle, so opening is only possible by manoeuvring around with a spoon. The walk-in shower is great and there are mirrors everywhere, but some functions are not working and there was another control panel next to the shower that we still didn't understand after a week's stay. There is no desk to sit or work at. The  room has either mirroring walls or dark wallpaper, so light is generally scarce. There is no place to hang wet towels and much of the space in the bathroom is given away to useless things, or not being used at all. Cleaning is not very good, there is dust left everywhere and if you walk barefoot for 5 minutes, your feet will provide the evidence. The hotel offers bicycles for free, which is a great service, but the ones we used were in a poor condition and can only be used for very short tours. We had planned a trip by bike to Rimini (12 km), but decided to use our rental car instead. As mentioned, the street in front of the hotel is busy and some noise will definitely reach your ears during the night or early morning. There is no restaurant and breakfast is served in a small room next to the reception area. This is also minimalist-style with a limited choice of meat, cheese, fruit and mainly sweet cakes. Only at the end of our week we discovered staff could prepare eggs or other things you would expect in a four star plus hotel. Staff moving around during breakfast time made an inefficient and unexperienced impression. There is a kind of private small wellness area on the top floor, which we briefly visited out of curiosity and offers a nice view. It can be rented, but seems to be deserted most of the day. The management could make this available for a reduced rate (or for free...) for guests.  If you are looking for a trendy place to stay for just a few days and boutique hotels are your cup of tea, you will be happy at L'H Hotel. If you are looking for solid good old four star luxury comfort we are convinced there are other options in the lovely holiday town of Riccione.

Nice location, clean, organised and (because of the low season) right price! The room are big, bathroom super clean and nice shower with steam room even! (Good plus after a long day!) Breakfast ok, not many fancy food but nice international menu and good coffe! The parking system is trough a valet and price wise is even less expensive than the blu line by the street! I would certainly come back for more days and maybe not for business!

I was here only for 1 night. Wish I had stayed more but was only passing through. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Made it very hard for my boyfriend and I to get up in the morning :) The commentary breakfast was wonderful. I couldn't ask for more. The only problem was the shower. While it was beautiful, the shower door leaked and flooded the room. The need to redesign the shower door. Hopefully I can come back again and next time stay a bit longer.
