A true 4-star property. Rooms are very nicely appointed, service is very attentive, breakfasts are plentiful, served in an ample room facing the sea. The hotel is located directly on the see, divided from the sand only by a pedestrian walk.

We were visiting San Marino, Riccione and nearby towns and hadn’t prebooked a hotel as it was the end of season. Checked Trip Advisor and after a couple of hotels walked into Hotel Tiffany’s. Great find! Superb location overlooking the beach, lovely room with balcony; blackout shutters - just hit the switch to operate; air conditioning; very comfortable and dog friendly. They even brought up a double doggie bowl and potty pad for our little doggie! Staff were charming and helpful. Parking in a secure underground car park. Nice breakfast with good choice of foods. As dogs weren’t allowed in the dining room, we were able to take a tray up to our room and enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony with a fab view of the entire beach

This is one of a small number of hotels where the entrance (and the rooms generally) faces onto the beach, with no intervening road. The beach is still good for swimming in October, but most beachside amenities (not all) are closed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet and rate was good value.

Stayed here for 4 nights. It was a bit weird in truth. The hotel itself is well presented and clean. Arrived, booked in. Room was small, despite being a deluxe. 608. Nice view though. Parked outside to unpack then had bought secure underground parking through the hotel 2 blocks away. There is an older guy that works at the hotel, he dresses like the maintenance man and he is always there, looming no matter what time you are in or out or around, he only speaks Italian but it's just weird. When I went to my car to get the cases, he's suddenly right behind me and takes them. When we accidentally pressed basement in the lift and the door opens, he's standing there. At midnight he's still in the reception, at 7am he's in reception. I can't explain it, it just makes you feel uncomfortable. Always watching. That's where my hotel California comment comes from, I felt we might never be able to leave! We had tea/coffee making facilities in the room but they never brought any milk on any day. Still, the coffee at breakfast was delicious, as was most of the breakfast choice. They don't explain anything either. There are signs that say a part of the beach is for the hotel, they give you towels. What we weren't told is it's not included. I got in a row with a guy who demanded money from me at 6.30pm when we were leaving the beach and had just used loungers for 2 hours. I blamed the hotel, it was not clear, the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. The guy wanted €20. I refused to pay. She said she didn't know how much it cost. The next day, we paid €10 for a whole day. I just didn't like their attitude. I don't do Italian beaches normally, preferring the historical and cultural inland adventures. We were there for the MotoGP. That was the only good bit, a lot of the official tour teams and Dorna team were staying, so breakfast was buzzy. My other criticism is we had arrived back about 4pm one day and had do not disturb on the door, my girlfriend was in the shower and I was on the bed. Another maintenance man, just opened the door and walked in. I said 'no' to him and he gestured he needed to fix the grill back on the AC unit. Again, I said 'no'. I wasn't to happy about that. Later, after we came back from dinner, the loomer was hovering at the lift. 'AC ok' he said with a smile. Jeez, I thought, get me outa here! The last morning at breakfast was stressful, we came down at 7am and it wasn't open, as it had been every other morning. We needed to eat and leave, 'oh we were only opening early for MotoGP she said, this wasn't clear. And before you ask. There was no hotel rules and services guide in the room to glean any info from. I'm not normally a moaner about silly things, but I wouldn't go back.

Dear guest, thank you for sharing your review. We apologize for the inconveniences you report; we understand that most of them were due to a lack of knowledge of the english language from some members of our staff and we'll make sure to fill this gap. Thank you for pointing out the shortcomings you noticed; we hope to have the chance to have you as our guests again soon and we'll make sure to wipe out any "Hotel California" resemblance! In the meantime, we send you our very best regards.
