Villa Amore is in need of renovations and to be updated. The rooms are clean, with A/C, but outdated. If you get a room with a terrace, the view of the coast and the Med is fantastic! Wi-Fi works only in the dinning room and not in the rooms. Breakfast is average and is included; it has breads, cereal, cold... More

Good views if you get a terrace but a bit tired and staff unenthusiastic. Rooms and beds clean but the first room we had lacked a plug for the bidet and any blinds, shutters or curtains for one of the windows which had a light outside. Also noisy as close to hotel entrance with flapping doors. We were moved on... More

Turned up on a stormy night and it was a slight mission to get there but the location is amazing, the food delightful, and the staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms basic but comfortable and clean.Would stay here again.

We spent 3 nights at Villa Amore; clean rooms, bit small and basic . Difficult access especially if u have kids and plenty of luggage but the view..... worth every sweat 💦 We had bought red wine and local cheese and had late night in the garden, admiring the coast, the sea, the sunset 🌅 Average breakfast, friendly staff.

The location is great, with wonderful views. Very good value. Not as inaccessible as one might fear and near the gardens and a wonderful restaurant, Villa Julia. Unfortunately, wifi in the rooms was broken throughout our 3 day stay, we were entertained by a 2 hour family shouting match on Sunday afternoon (very Italian "street theatre"), but worst of all... Off the beaten path from Villa Cimbrone gardens, up and down many more stairs after you finish an exhausting trip to and thru the gardens. But the ostrich- egg-sized Buffalo Mozzarella for 9€ was fresh, AMAZING, and worth every step. Plus the views are spectacular. We could see our Maiori hotel from here, even on a hazy day. Service is... More

Light lunch with lovely wine and local food. Everything surrounded by an amazing view and a very nice staff. I didn't try the hotel but the restaurant is perfect for a quick lunch in the heart of Ravello.

We fell for the charm of this little hotel with a view in beautiful Ravello. There is the climb up the stairs to reach it, but this only adds to charm of it and makes for a peaceful location. Although basic, the rooms are 'okay'. The incredible view of the Amalfi coast makes this a great little place to stay... More

We were in Ravello to attend a wedding at the Villa Cimbrone. From door to door is 5 minutes (in high heels!). Don't think there's a hotel which is closer, unless you are in Villa Cimbrone itself. It is definitely worth asking for a sea-facing room with a balcony. The view is absolutely stunning. Otherwise the hotel is comfortable but... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights to attend a wedding in early September. The Villa Amore hotel is easy to find, about 500m from the main square and boasts incredible views over the town of Minori and the Amalfi coast. The rooms are clean and simple and the breakfast is basic but the view makes this place... More
