We stayed for five nights as part of our honeymoon in Italy. The Miramare embodies the best of Positano: spectacular views, friendly people, and proximity to a plethora of high quality restaurants. Rosita at the front desk is a burst of Positano sunshine; she gushes positive vibes and solid recommendations for things to do in the area. She recommended a...

The location, the views, the staff - especially the AMAZINGLY warm, kind, generous, and loving Rosita - made this location the highlight of our Italian honeymoon. Originally, we booked 3 nights and extended to 8 glorious days. Every day better than the one before. Rosita took such wonderful care of us - from giving us a honeymooners view in our...

The location of this hotel is amazing as long as you don't mind walking. There are 200 steps down to the beach level and they can be challenging if you are tired. But the view from your room is worth it. Our room was stunning and air conditioned. The staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant choices and day trips....

After reading the reviews, I had very high expectations, planned this to be a special hotel for my husband's 40th birthday. I was disappointed a little bit because the hotel was just OK, don't expect for luxury. The view is amazing but you get used to it, it's all over Positano and the coast. I don't think Positano is a...

This hotel is terrific in many ways. The setting is dramatic, in the hillside overlooking Positano's bay. We paid more for a room with a terrace, & we're glad we did so The breakfast area has wonderful views too. Of course, as with many hotels in Positano, there is no easy access. This is a "vertical village." The hotel is...

Spent 3 nights here as a starter for our Italian experience. Loved it. Fabulous views from all rooms, we had 2 rooms as only wanted to stay in this hotel and had to split 2 nights in 1 room and last in a junior suite. Both rooms were clean, airy and with balconies to enjoy the stunning harbour. Rosita the manager...

This hotel is exceptional - all thanks to Rosita, the Manager of this lovely hotel. This was the 3rd time I have visited Positano and refuse to stay anywhere else (if I can choose). It was like returning home.... I had mentioned to Rosita that I was returning, this time with my best friend and our night in Positano was...

I felt like I was with family while staying there. Rosita was amazing at the front desk. All the front desk staff was more than willing to help out with a restaurant recommendation, things to do, and arranging porter service at the end of our stay. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but it is well worth the visit. It...

Sometimes we dream of a place only to be disappointed once we get there. But not here. Hotel Miramare was absolutely wonderful! The staff was warm and welcomed us as if they knew us already. Rosita and Carmela helped us with every detail and made our stay magical with all their suggestions. The room was everything we had hoped for....
