We only stayed a few nights in this hotel as hotels near the wedding we were attending were booked out. The hotel was pleasant and clean, rooms were really small and awkwardly shaped the bathroom was really small. The shower was particularly small and not really that comfortable to use. We were two girls and trying to get ready for... More

The hotel is not in Portovenere but in Le Grazie. It does make a difference if you catch a bust to Portovenere and find the hotel is not there!! The hotel room was average but Le Grazie was a beautiful village. Balcony was tiney - 1 person only! The shower was terrible!! - 1/2 a person only!!

Location is easy to access many areas. Standard room is very tiny for two people. Ask to see room first. Restaurant is lovely but very over priced. Three tiny scallops for an appetizer 14 euros! Take motorized bicycles and ride to Porto Verne. Make sure you lock everything, especially car.

The hotel has a good external appearance. Reception and the restaurant are also nice. The problem is the rooms. They are very old and look dirty. The bath is dirty, with dents and also rusted. Clearly they need a refurbishment. You don't feel comfortable in these rooms. Price is too high for this quality. Management of the hotel should think... More

The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the centre of Portovenere. A nice hotel with the beautiful lobby and their own restaurant (looks like a 4 star hotel to say the least). We had an en-suite room for 3 persons, spacious enough and the tiled floor looked pretty. How we wished they could have an A/C working in our room,... More

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Staff were friendly and the pool area was nice to relax in. The hotel is not in Portovenere, rather it's about 5 minutes by bus. An easy journey but you have to get to Portovenere in order to get pretty much anywhere else. The hotel is right at the end of a... More

Positives The lobby and public rooms are spacious with fabulous modern wall art. Dining room is spacious with vows over the bay. Breakfast adequate. Staff helpful and informative. Restaurant food good but a little pricey. All areas spotlessly cleaned and evidence of regular cleaning both inside and out. Pool area good with great size pool plenty of lovely soft white... More

This is a nice, quiet hotel with many rooms that have a balcony with a sea view. The lobby is upscale and the restaurant is really good. The rooms are a bit worn out and the shower is tiny. I had to forgo taking a shower on the last day because I couldn't deal with the space. The bright tiles... More

Hotel is located in Le Grazie next to Portovenere. Location is really nice and quiet at least in April that we visited the place. The rooms are highly overpriced for what they offer. Facilities and furniture are quite old. The room was cold, no sufficient heating and the water not hot at night. We requested a babycot prior to our... More
