I was lucky enough to travel for business in some of the best hotels worldwide. The company I was working for was budget-less to have executives and representatives pounding in iconic places. I believe over 30 years, I developed a skill to grade the experience. I had the opportunity in September 2016, after staying at the Excelsior in Florence and... More

Only stopped one night on a business trip, but couldn't have expected better. Just remember to ask reception to put the air-con on as room was very warm on arrival, like most hotel rooms. If like me you hate the heat fear not, the air-con is very quiet and effective. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and very nice continental breakfast. Not... More

We stayed for 2 nights and I thought the hotel was quaint and staff very friendly and eager to help. Our room was very small with only a small window in the corner. Could also have used a paint job as starting to look a bit worn. We had a nice stay in Pistoia as we were basing ourself lives... More

This hotel is the perfect place to stay right in the centre of pistoia. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel decor is up to date. The rooms are of a good size with beautiful en suite. There is a very good train service close by. A return trip to Florence only 8 euros. Parking is free but hotel... More

Our stay ( myself and two friends) was only one night ... But enough for us to be sure that we will stay in hotel Patria on any future visits to Pistoia. Convenient central location. Courteous and efficient service. The rooms were comfortable. We especially liked the bathrooms , which were large and had been refurbished in a charming retro... More

Hotel Patria is the best place to stay in Pistoia. From the elegant ambience, extremely helpful and friendly staff, to the delicious breakfast, you will not want to stay anywhere else in Pistoia. Its very centrally located in the historical centre of the town and especially directly infront of the best restaurant,(La Cantinetta) Will surely stay here again.

The Patria hotel is right next to the San Giovanni Fuorcivitas church, in a narrow street in Pistoia. The hotel is designed as a modern classic Italian hotel - everything seems classy, yet new, which creates a nice environment to stay in. The service was very good. The room was spacious (more than the standard in Italy), and the bed... More

Great location. Great staff. Rooms were clean, the Hotel was cozy, central location, walking distance to everything in the center. Public parking might be a bit far, 4 minutes walk! The breakfast might need some improvement. It was basic.
