The people working at the desk went out of their way for all the guests-they were incredibly helpful. The man we asked for a good dinner recomendation actually walked us to the restaurant rather than try to describe it. Capuccinos at breakfast were great. The rooms were lovely-and we had a view of the top of the beautiful cathedral from...

Stayed here for two nights in spring 2016; went with it as one of the less expensive options, and it was just what i hoped for--basic but clean and comfortable, with a friendly staff and a decent breakfast. In short, perfectly decent hotel combined with very good price, so very good value. Staff was very friendly.

We arrived in the evening. The reception is open 24 hours. The room is simple but OK. The location is good and very close to everything. Our room had a window to the street and it was very noisy very early in the morning.

This is a simple but delightful hotel a stone's throw from the main sights and main street of Orvieto. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean, spacious and furnished with antiques. I loved it and would certainly stay again. I wish I had stayed longer.

If you are looking for a good stay in the center of Orvieto this is a good choice. We had to share the bathroom, and walk some stairs for there is no elevator, but if that is no problem you will have a good stay. Orvieto is lovely.

Even though Orvieto is small we had difficulty finding this small hotel. It is easy to walk past. The room was small, clean and had a sink. The shared bathroom was down the hall past the first floor foyer and around the corner. Other rooms had ensuites. The room's window opened to a quiet inner courtyard but with the clock...

Our room overlooked a narrow street on which there was a supermarket, which which took delivery starting 6 am and the loading carried on for 4 hours! An incredible amount of noise even with the window closed. Zero mention of the possibility of delivery taking place by the receptionist.

The only thing good about the hotel is the center location. Nothing more. The room was furnished like back in 60's backpackers motel. It wasn't clean and it was really noisy during the night. Although we locked the doors they opened during night which was frightening. Price/quality was outrage. I was lucky enough that it was just one night. Will...

It's a quiet small hotel, in a small road, so close and at the same time so far from the center of the town. Staff is very gentle. Breakfast could be better. It's worth every penny we gave... It is recommended!!!

Nice hotel for a short stay in Orvieto. Very convenient location, close to center of town but a quiet. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Internet was questionable. No A/C. Great value. Perfect for a short visit to Orvieto.
