We stayed here for 3 nights. Orvieto is a delightful town, and this hotel is close to everything. It is just around the corner from a street market on Saturdays. The room was spacious, and the view was beautiful. The bath was good, although the shower was a bit tight. Breakfast was tasty each day. Like many european hotels, you...

We booked this hotel when the one we wanted was full and we are really glad we ended up at the Grand Hotel Italia! We had a top floor room with a terrace overlooking the roof tops of the town! Rooms on the other side looked over the valley, either side is great. The room was very comfortable and very...

This facility is in a good location, one block off of the main street through Orvieto and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooms are large and fairly comfortable, but all rooms are not the same. Our room was on the fifth floor, which necessitated riding the elevator to the fourth floor, and then walking up another...

Pluses- The location was great, the room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our time roaming the city and easily returned to the hotel. The hotel was very well kept and felt cozy. Negatives- The woman at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. It almost felt like we were an inconvenience staying at the hotel. Also, there was...

We had a wonderful room, with terrace views over the rooftops. Our room was on 4th floor, elevator only goes to third floor. Hotel was very willing to carry bags up and down so arrival and departure were easy. Staff very helpful with questions, room very clean and delightfully arranged. Great breakfast, has small bar with coffee and drinks available...

We stayed one night in August. We booked fairly last minute but got a good price nonetheless from their website, direct. The location is excellent, being near the market and some good restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable with good beds and bathroom.

Very spacious comfortable rooms. Firm beds. Good wifi. Spacious bathroom, good shower. Breakfast was not the best but good. Great location for walking and exploring Orvieto. We missed getting towels one day. Lighting in bathroom a bit poor. We were on the fourth floor and had no bug or mold problems.
