We stayed 3 weeks to make paintings of picturesque Orvieto. We were treated like family at La Palma by our host "mom and dad". We ate every breakfast and dinner at La Palma and nearly every lunch with daughters, Elena and Maria, at the newly opened Enoteca (wine shop) a short stroll away. Lunches were refreshing salads and where we... More

The owners were so lovely. They tried so hard to communicate with their limited English and called their daughter to assist but that just made it all the more authentic. Anything they could possibly do to make us feel at home they did. Omelettes made to order formed part of our delicious breakfast. We just wanted to hug the owner... More

The family who runs this B&B is adorable, gracious, and charming. We recently stayed with them on a last-minute trip to Orvieto. They were more than just accommodating. Their genuine warmth made us feel more than welcome. Yes, their rooms are immaculate and up-to-date. The breakfast was more food than we could have eaten in a day. But it is... More

My family had lunch there on our visit to the Cathedral and museum. The pizza was delicious the people friendly and price was more then reasonable. They made my daughters day by telling her she was Italian and looked it. They speak limited English but enough to make for an enjoyable dining experience. Well worth the visit.

We stayed two nights here before heading to Rome. The accommodation was adequate without being luxurious, but we could have done without the noisy leaf-blower & street-sweeping machine at five o'clock each morning (though they were no fault of the B&B's owners of course). Breakfast was fine, & despite the owners having practically no English, they understood our vegan dietary... More

This b&b is located very close to Orvieto's funicular. It means no dragging your luggage when you arrive by train. You also don't get to enjoy the bells ringing all night long at the center. It also means a short walk you have to take to the major sights. The rooms are very spacious and clean. No views. No extra... More

We just left after staying three days here. Everything was perfect! Our rooms were great - very spacious and spotless. The food was fantastic! Generous portions of freshly prepared food. The bruschetta pomodoro was our favorite start to our meals with their lovely Barberani red! The owners and their daughters make you feel so welcome. They were so generous! If you... More

I'm from New York and this place is like paradise. I stayed at the bed & breakfast for a week. The location is perfect-a nice stroll to the center yet quiet & calm.
