Before choosing to stay here I read all the glowing reviews and thought they might be too good to be true - but they weren't. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Our week-long stay here was the high point of our vacation...More

The driving distance from Rome's Fiumicino Airport to Orvieto is 130 km if you are renting a car. Otherwise if you take the Regional train from Rome's central station "Termini" it takes about 1 hour and 10 mins. to get to Orvieto (ticket costs Euro 7.50/way) and then rent a car in front of the station (Avis or Hertz). You will need a car to reach our farmhouse as taxis can get expensive to/from Orvieto and this will also allow you to do some sightseeing in the countryside. - Marco, Owner
