The hotel is located between Ortisei and St. Christina. That was not a problem because the hotel drove us to the ski lift every morning and picked us up at the end of the day. Great service. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was good and we slept very well. The staff was friendly and serviceminded. In...

My husband and I were "honeymooning" around Italy and spent a week at the Dolomites - 4 nights of which at Chalet Hartmann. The team at the hotel made our stay very special and we couldn't be happier. The breakfast selection was both quality and quantity, the staff were so helpful and the furnishing of the hotel was so soothing...

Leaving a quick review as I feel the place deserves it. Not a whole lot to write about, the chalet is in a beautiful setting up on the hill just outside of center (10 minute walk into the village center, though also has a bus stop just outside) - has a nice outside balcony with mountain views and the sound...

Our room had the most amazing balcony with view of the valley. Comfortable bed and bedding. Clean and updated hotel. Owner was warm and welcoming. Generous breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommend this hotel. Only caution is that the walk to downtown is 15 minutes or so, which is nice for quiet but a challenge if you don't like...

Our room #121 was downstairs - very quiet, great views across the valley & brilliant bed. Alex and Roberta provided excellent service. A personal shuttle service takes you to the ski lift and collects you wherever you come down. Breakfast is fantastic - so many choices! Expensive but worth it for that extra comfort.

We spent a week in Europe—one night each in Innsbruck, Ortisei, Merano and Munich—and this was our favorite hotel. Many of the hotels in Ortisei do not allow cancellations and this was one of the few that did, although I think the cancellation date was about 3 weeks prior to arrival. It was also one of the least expensive hotels...

Every other year on the odd year, our "Group of Six" goes off on a grand backpacking adventure somewhere in the world. This year, I chose the Dolomites of northern Italy. I also decided that we would end our adventure in one of the many picturesque villages. I chose Ortisei, a village of about 6,000 inhabitants, and with more than...

Lovely hotel, excellent staff, nice room, gorgeous views, convenient to Ortisei which is the best village in the Dolomites. The breakfast was very good and there are beverages, fruits and biscuits available for free all day. No restaurant at the hotel but they can take you to a sister restaurant by car and bring you back for free.
