As if the sublime location somehow wasn't enough, Nico & his team go well out of their way to make this place truly memorable. Spending a week alongside old & new friends at Sant' Antonio was the perfect cap to the summer. One could go on at length about the accommodation & hospitality, but suffice it to say that this...

What a seriously amazing place. My friends and I had such a brilliant time at Sant' Antonio. It's a great place to be based from to tour Tuscany. As previous reviews have mentioned Nico and his team are simply outstanding, going well over and above the call of duty so many times for us during our week there. Can not...

The setting is exquisite, the facilities are top drawer, the assistance and enthusiasm of the owner and his staff are over the top, location to Montapulciano and other hill-top towns is excellent. What's not to like???

I can not speak highly enough about Sant' Antonio, Nico and his team. All the reviews are right! My fiance (now husband) and I have been to Sant' Antonio several times and we have never been disappointed. If anything, everytime we are reminded of what a special place it is. Also, it is Nico who makes the whole experience. No...

I don't think I could add much to the other wonderful reviews. The photos do this place justice. Beautiful grounds, plenty of room to eat outside, grill, hike, or go for a run. I highly recommend partaking in the dinner for guests that happens once a week. The women who work at Sant Antonio make a huge feast and it...

This was our second visit to Sant' Antonio and will not be our last! On arrival there is an air of calmness when you enter the immaculate grounds, where each guest is warmly greeted by the hard-working owner, Nico. Each apartment is different in size & shape, but all have all the amenities required for self-catering, including the amazing views...

Originally a 12th century Franciscan Monastery, it now serves as a peaceful and tranquil estate where visitors can experience the breathtaking beauty of Tuscany. We travelled to Sant Antonio on a recommendation from a friend- and even then we were still impressed by the place and its facilities. The self-catering apartments really had everything you need, and the rooms were spacious. The owner, Nico, who speaks fluent english, absolutely believes in doing everything he can to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. We...

I almost hate to write a good review about this place because the more people know about it, the harder it will be to get a reservation in the future!! But...Nico is such a great guy and this is such a wonderful place that I can't NOT write a review. This was my first time to Italy and I had...

If we were to return to Italy we would definitely return to this villa. Nico goes out of his way to insure you have a nice time by suggesting restaurants, activities and allowing you privacy when desired. During our stay we experienced a crisis at home and Nico went out of his way to help us by lending us his...
