This is the fourth consecutive year that we have visited Hotel Garden Terme. Testimony in itself, that it meets our expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff very professional and friendly. The food is excellent (we were Full Board). Special care is taken to ensure that anyone with a food allergy is looked after. My wife who has to eat gluten-free (Celiac) for health reasons has never experienced such an attentive kitchen/staff in all the countries we have visited throughout Europe - Bravo. The outdoor pool, with a temperature of about 34c is just perfect, whatever the weather may be. The rooms are large (we were in a Comfort room) and serviced very well. Would certainly recommend.
Truly unforgettable experience!!! I used to grind miles to reach a place to relax and get rid of stress, completely unaware that I have it less than an hour from home. It is a real spa, with real thermal water. I was accommodated in a huge double room (about 30 m2) comparable to the suites that cost me an eye of the head in other structures. Congratulations to the owners very skilled in taking care of guests and the whole staff. I felt very pampered during my stay. Special mention to the masseuse Sonia who, with her "Oceanic Massage" with the background of the voice of LUMIRA (Spiritual healing), literally brought me back to life. Thanks again SONIA, it was a journey that will always remain etched in my mind. Thiam
We have visited Hotel Garden Terme several times with our young children, each time meeting family and friends living in Europe. The kids absolutely loved the hot spring fed pools and played for hours in them. There are a variety of health services available for men and women, provided by well trained and friendly staff at reasonable costs. Meals are wonderful. Having breakfast on a garden patio with the sun rising and a vast array of pastries, meats, cheese, breads and croissants to choose from was sinful. Dinner was always informal but with a touch of Italian/European elegance. The rooms were lovely, well sized and with everything needed. The Garden Terme property is large enough that street noise is never a problem. Finally, the staff was friendly, well trained, multi-lingual and very polite. There were events organized to celebrate certain holidays, activities for kids, board games available in the game room.... I could say more but I would run out of space. A few more things: city market is mns away walking; Padova is about 20mns by car and Venice 45mns by train. The only caveat is that Many Europeans take vacations at the same time. This means that the French concentrate during a few short weeks, followed by Germans, Austrians, etc.... and the management is very accommodating - food wise and custom wise. Just be aware of that when picking a time to visit. We stayed at Garden Terme at least 4 times and will likely return.…
We booked this hotel as we wanted a relaxed base to visit amongst other places, Venice and Verona. And wow, we hit the jackpot. The hotel is clean and comfortable and slightly quirky. The gardens are green and lush and the thermal pool is fabulous, very warm and inviting. Breakfast on the terrace is a delightful start to the day and the semi-buffet style dinner in the evening was always a gastronomical delight. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming but Renato was our overall hero. We will miss him when we head back to London! The hotel owner greeting guests in the evening was also a nice touch. Overall, a fabulous place to stay.
I have stayed at Hotel Garden Terme numerous times and I am always pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and calming atmosphere. My family has enjoyed week-long stays in the summer, as well as extended weekends in the winter. My youngest child has declared the pool bar to have the best fruitti di basco gelato in Italy ... and I absolutely agree.
