Booked through Jet 2, great value for money. Car hire included and parking options at hotel excellent. Breakfast has been adapted to be served on pre order at your table due to current Covid situation. Although small choice more than adequate and set us up for the day, if you want more of anything then you just need to ask. All staff at hotel very courteous and helpful, they made us feel welcome and very safe as did the rest of the Italian Nation who are getting on with life in a safe and respectful manner. Sanitizers, masks etc. temperate checks everywhere. Pool didn't look much at first but was a fantastic escape, got a few lengths in and some days had it to ourselves with lovely views up to Montecatini Alto which is a must to visit. No bar up at the pool so you need to go to hotel/shop for drinks and take up with you which was no problem. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep from designer to my budget, and the beautiful park to stroll around or visit the Thermal Waters. We drove to lovely Lucca and had a fabulous day on the beach at Viareggio but if you don't have a car the hotel is really close to train stations and buses which are fantastic. We got the train in to Florence for an overnight stay as cheaper than parking. Would most definitley stay if in the area again.

Good sized room, but booked a double room and were given twin beds. Mattresses were hard and bedding was a sheet and blanket. The shower door Room was a good size if rather dated, but we were given twin beds instead of a double and the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Large bathroom, but the shower door was ill-fitting, leaking water all over the floor. Very good breakfast buffet.

This is a great hotel to stay between Florence and Pisa, as well as be near a very quaint and pretty town near shops and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant. I found it very clean. Breakfast was adequate and enjoyable and staff at breakfast were really very nice. Reception staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Great value. No complaints

Very nice hotel with friendly and polite staff. If you are in the area select it.The rooms are comfortable, clean, the area is quiet, parking is comfortable, and if you choose to eat both breakfast and dinner are great.

hotel was close to the train station and the main square. We had a room with a balcony, which we used every day to sit and relax after a day of touring with a glass of wine and some cheese and grapes. We enjoyed the stay.
