I travelled with a Dutch bus tour Company to Tuscany. We stayed here for 6 nights and from here made day tours to various places. I was fortunate enough to get a room with a bath on the 3rd floor, wich was heaven after a full day sightseeing (a lift is available). I cannot fault the service, the breakfast or... More

Spent 2 great weeks staying here. It was perfect. Can't say enough about the entire staff, including Valentina, the owner. Everyone was so attentive and always pleasant. The staff made our vacation even more enjoyable. We could park our rental car right outside the hotel. In the morning we could hop in and go exploring- Cinque Terre, Lucca, Florence and... More

Small and quaint hotel. We stayed with our tour group and had to walk a couple of blocks to get here with our luggage (pack light). Buses can't make it down all streets. Small elevator, we used the stairs. Room was clean and served it's purpose. Once we figured out the window blinds we slept with our window/door open. There... More

Stayed here with a group on an art tour and the hotel was very nice. The rooms were relatively small but had a beautiful big balcony which we enjoyed in the evening. The staff were very welcoming and the food was relatively good. I really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff. Excellent vegetarian dinner if requested, served in their nice quiet restaurant. Quiet neighbourhood, but only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Good and clean rooms, many with balconies. Relaxed non- commercial atmosphere.

We have just spent a wonderful week staying at this hotel and visiting the nearby area. The hotel is great for a happy, relaxing base from which to travel to Pisa,Florence, Lucca, the coast, Bologna. Everywhere can be easily reached by train from Montecatini, although if you have a car there are plenty of lovely villages to visit, or drive... More

We stayed at this property for 2 nights - Dec 30 and 31,2007. What confusion!! The confirmed room reservations were incorrect and it took 2 hours of negotiating to get the correct rooms. Although in Italy, no one was able to speak Italian - they were all English speakers. When called by phone, they were unable to direct us to the... More

Although visiting Italy is always a pleasure it is often hard or almost impossible to find any hotels or restaurants that cater specifically for vegetarians. Needless to say I was so happy when I discovered Hotel Kadampa on my recent travels in Tuscany. The hotel is clean and occupies an idyllic setting, peaceful and beautiful, yet close enough to Florence... More
