Nice little town but this is not a good hotel. Beds were terrible and noise from their street restaurant was loud. Bathroom was unclean and the shower didn't drain. Desk fell apart and my friend had holes in her wall just covered over.

Fine. Room clean enough, towels, soaps, clean sheets...but tv without the remote. Window could not stay open but we found a way to jam it :-) Breakfast awful- same food for 3days that we stayed there, not much to choose from and the worst thing of all is the old lady that "works" there, I believe she's the owner or... We stayed at the hotel Innocenti from Oct. 8 to 11. Respecting various opinions from other travellers , I can say that the hotel is a simple one, but has quite considerable advantages. It is near the modern centre of the town, in a quiet surroundings. The rooms & bathrooms are clean, the towels (actually: linnen sheets. two large ones,... More

The hotel is really not a 3* hotel. The room we were given was very small, it barely had space to walk around the 3 beds in it. There is no wi-fi in the hotel, we could not connect to it. There were no towels in the bathroom!!! The good news was that each room has a bathroom. Breakfast was... More

The hotel have had there best days 40 year ago. The beds is very bad. The hotel need a renovation now. The good thing is, the staf is very friendly. The rooms have bathrooms. This hotel is not a 3 stare hotel. It's only 1 stare with bathrooms on their rooms.

Montecatini was absolutely stunning, so we didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the staff was fairly pleasant, although since we were a group of girls (Soccer team) they didn't allow us in the pool because they thought we would break it (and were very rude about it) and only allowed us to eat the complimentary meals they made...
