Spent 5 nights at the Minerva Palace through Gate1. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the train station. The desk staff was helpful and the dining room staff very friendly. Very tasty breakfast every morning.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights. The room was adequate and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is fantastic. Unfortunately the concierge was less than par. The restaurants she recommended were terrible and she was unable to provide us with information about places we wanted to visit. However Antonio, the bartender was fantastic. He sent us to...

Front desk staff was great. They arranged day tours which were excellent. Typical European 4 star hotel. Hotel was in good shape and clean. A perfect location. Use hotel parking if at all possible. Room was OK. Breakfast was very good.

I recently spent a week at the Minerva Palace. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very close to the train station. The staff were extremely helpful and offered good suggestions for restaurants. Not a fancy hotel but very enjoyable.

We could not have asked for a hotel in a more central location in Montecatini. What a bonus that the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The front desk clerks Anna and Franco were always very helpful. Antonio at the bar made the best cappuccino and he even brought us a bottle of proseco and card on our anniversary. What...

My friend and I stayed here on a Groupon trip in January. The weather was rainy everyday but we had the best time and a big part of that was this lovely medium size hotel in the center of town. From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed at every step. The staff here makes you feel you are a...

Parking is limited but The hotel staff did everything possible to reduce the parking challenges. Train station is 2 blocks away. Most of all, the staff who work at...
