We had a 7-day stay and we simply could not have had a better time. The staff are amazing and ready to help and the night-life is just amazing - with a musical show in the Hotel's front terrace on a set of nights. I will remember this place for future travels for sure!

I booked 3 Superior double rooms at the Nizza because I had stayed there before on several occasions, the last time only 18 months ago, what a mistake, if these rooms are superior the basic rooms must be awful. The hotel is very shabby and much in need of an update. My rooms were 411 413 and 414, all 3...

Hotel was clean and proximity to everything great. Two things that drove us crazy were the low power available to charge our devices, and the electricity for AC seemed to be on quota ? Area shopping wonderful. Breakfast was fine . Dinner was just OK . Lots of same salads each night. We ate out several nights . Great choices...

Getting downgraded to 2 small rooms 18 days before arrival - Due to the hotel have overbooked. I strongly warn against making booking at Grand Hotel Nizza et Suisse - They don't care about their customers. We booked a suite with space for 2 adults and 2 children 6 month in advance, and got direct confirmation from the Hotel manager...

Hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station, and less than a 5 minute walk from the marble piazza, on the way to the funiculare. Great hotel/town to stay in if you are looking to explore Tuscany by rail. Large, elegant room, with a safe in the room. Nice hotel pool as well. Although the pool...

Very nice place, very pleasant town, lots of things to see around, convenient proximity to the best tourist attractions in Toscana. The hotel is very pleasant, friendly staff, parking is a bit to small but ok. Free internet is a bit to slow. Excellent dinner, good breakfast. Keep coming back every year.

First, I'd like to clarify that I'm from the U.S., so my review is to mainly let American travelers know what to expect. We had about 90 people in our group and not all of the rooms were the same. My husband and I had a room with a queen bed--it was very firm, but we slept fine. The room...

Not just in Montecatini, but in Tuscany in general. Everything is easily accessible. The rooms were comfortable. We only ate breakfasts in the hotel, and they were fine considering most Italians don't eat breakfast the same as Americans. Our room faced a side street, so it was nice and quiet.

My wife and I have just returned from a week in Tuscany based at the Hotel Nizza et Suisse. We had a 4th floor room overlooking the old spa and gardens at the other side of the Viale Verdi The road itself is very quiet at night and with almost no traffic noise. The hotel staff were very welcoming and...
