I was travelling during the mask carnival, the Venice accommodation were too over priced and stay in the Mestre was the only option, and Hotel Roberta offers the "comparatively" lower price( even it is not cheap), at least it close to the train station. But its location was on an inner street , it was very quite and I will...

We stayed one night last week (June 2016). The room was fine, clean with a really good bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff on duty were really friendly and helpful. Overall a really good experience, we found staying in Mestre a real contrast to previous stays in Venice!

Stayed at Hotel Roberto for 3 nights for a cheap weekend away to Venice which cost 239€ (including city tax). It is only a 5 minute walk to Mestre train station which is very convenient to get to the main tourist attractions of Venice (1.25€ on the train). The staff were friendly and helpful. We got free wifi and the...

I visited this hotel during May, and it was quite hot outside. The air con and the fridge were not working properly so it didn't help us at all. Also the room was dusty and very small. This place had no elevator and carrying large suitcase in narrow staircases was quite dangerous. So the hotel is pretty much one of...

All hotel in Venice is expensive so i choose the hotel in Mestre. It is close to Mestre Train Station & Bus Stop (to Venice). It is convenience. The bed is comfortable, room size is good (quite big)and staff is nice. The only thing which is not good is about No Hot Drinking Water can be provided inside hotel room....

The rooms was nice, with an appropriate size and good design, even though we paid the cheapest price, but you can definitely tell that things have been coming lose or breaking and not getting replace or fixed. The location was very confortable: easy to reach by car (they have parking for 4 cars, european size though) and a couple of...

The single room was the size of a closet and the bed was very hard. The WiFi works intermittently and the outlets in the room look like they need to be upgraded and are rather loose. There is no elevator and getting luggage up several flights of stairs is exhausting. The neighborhood is sketchy at night. I would not stay...

I do travel a lot so i can compare, and this was below average. However the room was clean and spaceus, the beds were not comfy, it was a lot of noises in the night, aircon was leaking and very very poor breakfest as well as the late open time for breakfest at 7:30 The worst thing however was when...

The walk from the train station to the hotel is perhaps the most alarming. If you are walking from the train station chances are you will walk past the little park which at night is filled with many sketchy people. Once you make it past the park, you soon realise the hotel itself is not that bad. Upon arrival we...
