This is not a 3 star hotel which is advertised more like a b&b the room we had to as on the second floor overlooks owing the main road which could be quite noisy, the carpet was disgusting with lots of dirty stains, the rest...More
Although clean and fairly comfortable the hotel was stuck in the 1950's.They still used blankets on the beds instead of quilts which is not hygienic if they are not changed after each guest. The bar was deserted in the early evening so not able to...More
A 25 minute walk from Mestre train station it looked a little tired from the outside. However the chap on reception was cheerful enough and booked us in for our 2 days.
The shared areas of the hotel were fine.

We flew into Marco Polo and were pick up with our booking and sorry can’t remember how long it took but best way to get around from hotel into Venice is to buy a multi ticket which you can buy and covers water taxi bus and train travel ours was a 2day pass which was 20 Euro each well worth it and only a 5 min walk out hotel turn right anyone will direct you to by ticket beside bus station and the girl spoke good English and was very helpful hope this is some help to you .
