This is an 'unmanned' B&B. You state your arrival time and someone arrives to check you in. They then leave and you 'self checkout' by leaving the key there when you go.

It have only three rooms... it seems as if the owner hav just converted their home to B&B. The reception is not open all the time...u need to call them when u reach there as well as when u need to check out.
Close to the station, supermarkets, restaurants, train and travelcard shops (to avoid big queues in Venice). Very quiet, rooms were ok. Wi fi not good but fair price compared to Venice. Breakfast not huge but overall ok. Tv, shower, comfy bed. Teresa is helpful.
