Very nice, no frills hotel right on the beach. Rooms are clean and the hotel is very pleasant. Breakfast is with the restaurant downstairs and is good by Italian standards. The hotel is near Sorrento but is a bit isolated due to the narrow roads in the area. We had a small car and parking was free.

I asked for a room with wifi. What I got was reminiscent of Harry Potter's cupboard under the stairs. The room had one bed pushed up against the wall with about 1/2 a meter of space next to it. No other furniture exept for a small set of drawers. Not even enough room to open the suitcase. No wifi. I...

The Hotel Baia is a nice place, 3 Star hotel. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were very helpful but one was especially helpful, Antonio who went out of his way to help us arrange taxis, excursions to Capri and anything else we needed. As far as the rooms went ours was on the third floor (303)...

My wife and I have just returned from a week at this hotel. We travelled by hire car from Naples and planned to see the main tourist attractions. The people ,culture of driving and roads were mayhem. The hotel , its location and the staff were a polar opposite. Thank you so much for your hospitality and warmth. This gem...

We blind booked this hotel months ago, and I can't tell you how lovely it is. We were collected from the station, and received a very friendly welcome. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast of coffee and croissants has been perfect. There is a beautiful walk into Sorrento which takes 40 mins. I did it in...

Stayed here for 4 nights as we were wrapping up our fortnight long trip to italy. The hotel is located slightly away from sorrento town (05 kms) but I must say the scenery of the bay, turquoise color of gulf of naples, the mountains at the backdrop sheltering us and the sound of the waves surely makes up for the distance. An...

We first visited this hotel 37 years ago and although "they" say don't go back...never return, this worked for us. Whereas last time we stayed on full board we had B&B this time which enabled us to sample the great food at the other restaurants and bars in the village. The hotel, still owned by Enzo, was great and the...

The room was quite old and in bad condition. The noise from outside due to the air conditioning was terrible. It was impossible to open the window in the bathroom and there were several spiders in the room, that were not removed after our request to the reception. The breakfast was quite complete, but the quality very low. The coffee...
