The owner and host of Le Tore Agriturismo is Vittoria Brancaccio. She and her dog Tex make this an enchanting B & B, nestled in the middle of their working farm and beautiful apple and olive tree orchard. You are made to feel like family as you are given a brief tour and a lay of the land and then...

We stayed here for one night as part of a walking holiday. The farm itself is what we expected, our room was relatively basic but rustically stylish. The ensuite bathroom could have done with a bit of TLC though. There is a communal lounge/ dining room with an open fire which gave it atmosphere. Dinner is served communally, unfortunately the...

We stayed for several days, over Christmas 2013. As their normal program was not available, we stayed in the guest apartment (3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room) - madame was away, so we did our own cooking and care. The weather was crisp (just above freezing, but no frost) and a stone building takes a while to heat -...

Everything about this place was interesting. The farm itself, the buildings, the food. We had walked through the rain to get here and the sun had come out so we were almost dry. We were earlier than expected but they made lunch for us. We were able to dry all our clothes. Then we walked into town. Later, we had...

We visited the farm as part of a week-long holiday with Explore. We had a very interesting guided tour, an olive oil tasting lesson followed by a superb lunch comprising several vegatarian dishes all made with produce from the farm complete with wines made on the premises. We then bought some home-made Limoncello which is the best I have ever...

We stayed at the agriturismo for 4 days, in August, escaping the hot temperatures of the period. As it's high on the hills, it's a frsh and relaxing place. Rooms are very nice, antiques furnitures and simple (no TV, so peace is granted). They grow vegetables and produce their own oil, and the food (breakfast and dinner) is prepared with...

In the end, we could experience a wonderful week in a real agriturismo: beautiful place, excellent food and above all our guest Vittoria Brancaccio is a wonderful person! And so are people working there, we wish we could stay more, our dinners there were worthy the travel themselves. And I really appreciated that all the food comes from the farm...

The position is fantastic, sedate and peaceful, but... The people working on the farm were very nice. The food was atrocious, the house wines were like low grade rocket fuel, the Limoncella and Nocella was disgusting. Breakfast was Sartan. The olive oil was lovely so were the tomatoes. At all cost avoid the conserves they tasted like cheaper than cheap...

Just visited the Amalfi peninsular with Explore which included at the end of a busy week, a trip to a 'farm'. We were pretty tired and almost didn't go, what a disaster that would have been! Quite simply put, the food is astoundingly good, easily the best meal Id paid for all year, and I get to dine out with...
