We stayed here last week for 2 nights. We were blown away by the wonderful staff in particular Chiara on reception and her lovely colleague who worked in the mornings.
We were upgraded to a seaview room on arrival which was lovely. Spotlessly clean and I am super picky! Newly renovated room and spacious bathroom.
Breakfast was chosen by yourself on the evening before or in the morning. Great choice of breakfast items and served in the garden.
We hired bikes from the Hotel for only 10€ per day (this decreases if you hire for more that one day) and we used them along the bike track which runs down the coast to Viareggio and up passed forte di Marmi. We even cycled to dinner.
The hotel is located literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Lunch at Stella Bagno was excellent.

L'Alba Hotel is a fantastic boutique hotel, recently renovated. I loved my gigantic room on the third floor: all brand new, high quality and cool design, comfy bed, nice bathroom, massive shower, little balcony with sea view. Complementary big bottles of water and nice Nespresso were definitely a plus. The room was also very very quiet. Breakfast was also great: great variety of cakes, bread, juices, fruit, yogurts, vegetables, cereals and also a generous menu of coffees and freshly cooked dishes likes eggs and pancakes. There was really everything for any taste and dietary need. Service at reception and at restaurant was excellent, they made my staying even better by helping out on every little thing. The hotel is also in a strategic location: 2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from La Versiliana, 5 minutes by car to Forte dei Marmi, 15 minutes from Viareggio. I definitely recommend it and look forward to going back soon!

Simple but complete. Staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, breakfast is varied and kitchen adds a welcomed addition of other dishes. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is perfect, easy walk to the beach. Avoid the bagno tirreno, however, full of grumpy impatient staff. We recommend bagno Carlo.

We have spent a great week here with a family with 2 kids. We booked a suite with 2 balconies facing a see. Room was great. Seems renovated not long time ago. Spacious and comfortable. Cleaning service on a good level. Close to the beach. You can select the beach service with or without a pool. The stuff all the time very kind, friendly and helpful. We have booked half board. Breakfast was good. Only disappointment was dinners. Dinner was 4 courses. However, some meals were prepared from semi-finished products :( This should not happen, otherwise we would rate the hotel 100%. Overall the hotel and services at a very good level, except of what I have just mentioned. We will definitely be happy to return if the management will adjusts the quality here.

The hotel is just 3 min from the very nice beach with reasonable prices,view was stunning, room modern and clean, breakfast is very good with amazing cappuccino. Staff is super helpful and veeery friendly, this i have not seen for a long time anywhere. We got all the help, we also forgot our phone and it was immediately sent to us. Thank you very much for all!!!

Very romantic place, near to beach, very clean rooms, excelent breakfast, polite staff. From this area there are very good and i recomand this place for family with kids. After covid they provide breakfast at table and you can mark all you want for breakfast. Food for breakfast very fresh good and for family with kids, is a heavean place.

Nice rooms, balcony with sea side view, 200 m from the beach! Amazing staff, always ready to help and recommend you whatever you fancy, as welk as book restaurants or beach places. It’s priceless when you are a tourist and don’t know the area to have this kind of service. Thank you!
One thing we missed was the daily beach towel service. This would be a great addition to the already very good hotel services.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this wonderful hotel. The reasons we keep coming back….simple….friendly staff, beautiful, modern rooms (602 has the most amazing seaview), amazing breakfast with a buffet and cooked to order food, bike hire which for us is very important. I also agree with another review that Bagno Carlo is the one to go too….we had such a lovely, warm welcome there and the beds are very well spaced out.
For lunch our go to is Bagno Stella which has a lovely setting on the beach and a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Check out Amici Ristorante, a 5 minute walk away, delicious seafood and great service. Also Da Gigi on the main road near the centre …also great food and service. Top tip - make sure to book a restaurant as they get very busy! See you soon L’Alba hotel …we will be back!!

New hotel with modern and nice atmosphere. Clean room and very comfortable with lovely view of the seaside. Great buffet for breakfast with variety and Excellent quality of food. Free parking and close to the sea and Forte dei MArmi and Viareggio
