The hotel is skillfully renovated and every detail is close to perfect! Breakfast includes everything you would want, and the staff is helpful and polite. The hotel serves a dinner every evening and the food is very good. You can rent bicycles from the hotel and they come handy if you want to visit the beach or Massa Centre. If you want a smaller family run hotel outside crowded tourist centers, this is the one!

We stayed for a week as a family, and I would call the stay without exaggerating as the golden standard how a summer holiday should look like. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed both the beach and the pool. The loft suit we stayed in was spacious and well equipped. We travelled without a car, so both the buss shuttle to the train station or hiring bikes worked very well and allowed us the maximum of the week. Well done to the staff at HVT.

We went to the Hotel Villa Tiziana for a mini vacation from our seasonal home in Lucca. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The rooms are nicely decorated (bathroom really nice) and very clean. With two balconies. The staff was attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was expansive with a large selection of pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, a yogurt bar, American made to order eggs, pancakes, waffles with toppings of your choice, even a small sweets (candy) bar for children! The pool area is beautiful. Andrea the pool bartender was very friendly and personal (great drinks). The Villa is family run and obviously take great pride in providing service, since 1964. The entire staff was great. Lunch was delicious and very reasonable priced. Great restaurants near by. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much to all.

Excellent service again from all the staff! The hotel is spotless and the food out of this world again! A real gem with friendly staff from welcome to good bye. 10th year coming here and returning for a second break in November this year and will be returning next year...

I can't give this hotel a review as such, mainly because we did'nt stay longer than 2 minutes after arriving. Having booked the room some 10 months previous via the internet, and having telephone conversations some 3 or 4 times confirming booking, time of arrival etc, we arrived at Hotel Tiziana only to be told that our room had been given away!!!! Although we informed them of our arrival into Pisa airport, and our expected time of arrival at the hotel,(of which, we were not late!), they chose to telephone our mobile phone at the time we would have been in the air-and therefore the phone was switched off!!! The receptionist, then said she had a place to put us up in until a room became available, and escorted us to a TV room-where an elderley gentleman was laid across one of the sofas watching football-this is where she expected us to sleep-for 100 euro per night!!!!!!!! We declined the offer and walked out.

We booked the day before we arrived 2 nights but had to leave one day earlier. As soon as we got there we told the owner but she desperately wanted us to pay for the 2 nights. Fair enough, her hotel wasn't fully booked (we checked). The hotel doesn't look one bit like the photos on their website. The swimming pool is packed all the time. Very bad soundproofing, terrible room and dining room. We specifically asked for ONE double bed and not 2 bed pushed together and guess what we got! There isn't enough space for everyone to park their car so they tell you to park it wherever you can. As a result, the next morning, we were asked, in the middle of our breakfast, to move our car... not very pleasant...anyway, this hotel is anything but classy!

"Gentile" Cliente, ho il sospetto che la sua pessima recensione sia un dispetto....le spiego il perchè: lei ha prenotato 2 notti nel periodo di ferragosto, e le assicuro che era la nostra ultima camera libera, non capisco come lei possa dire il contrario!! quando mi ha comunicato che sarebbe partito il giorno dopo, la segretaria le ha giustamente detto che il prezzo da pagare era dell'intero importo, 2 notti in mezza pensione, lei si è molto risentito di questo e dopo varie insistenze da parte sua siamo arrivati ad un compriomesso: pagare solo le 2 notti in formula bed & breakfast senza metterle in conto le 2 cene prenotate. la camera a lei assegnata era una matrimoniale con culla, per altro offerta(il letto è coposto da 2 singoli come in TUTTI gli hotel!!!) La piscina e il parcheggio pieni? le ripeto l'hotel era al completo. Le foto del sito sono assulutamente veritiere, lo dimostrano le foto dei viaggiatori di Tripadvisor, Che dirle di più...è lecito pensare che la sua recensione sia un ripicca? I have just got back from two weeks ,half board with my two sons of four and seven and my mother; as I am newly divorced. I felt compelled to write about what a fabulous hotel the Tiziana is. Although the owners speak very little English we got by with my small phrase book and their wit and patience. My sons had the use of the childrens bikes where they scootered around in total safety. We had the use of a rainbow tiled deep and shallow ended, jacuzzi, pool with surrounding sun beds. The owners were a young, very friendly family. We could not have felt more at home and I would highly recommend anyone with young children to go here. There is secure parking in the hotel grounds, we were lucky enough to be able to eat our odd al fresco lunch on the marble table outside our air conditioned room. There was a television high up and a small fridge for keeping our water cold. At Marina di Massa there are public and private beaches. The food was outstanding and varied with a buffet breakfast and three course dinner with a bottle of wine which if not consumed would appear the following night. They also have a childrens room with toys and an internet point. We found a variety of things to do including a magical boat trip to the beautiful island of Cinque Terra. I would advise one hires a car because it is slightly out of the centre but not too bad. My children mixed with German,French and Italian families; it certainly bodes well for the future tolerance of our European neighbours. The staff and owners were always helpful and friendly. We hope to return next year. Don't tell too many people!

We did a quick stop over in Marina Di Massa and stayed at Villa Tiziana. Wonderful little hotel, everything brand new..clean..beautiful bathrooms and the breakfast buffet was exceptionally wonderful. The front desk and the the staff were very friendly. The property view was gorgeous. If you want to do things you will have to go into town but overall would recommend staying here if you're just staying overnite or taking a little peaceful holiday

We stayed in Hotel Villa Tiziana a Marina di Massa, we had an amazing experience, tasty and delicious breakfast, fantastic service, the hotel was modern, clean and has all sort of facilities including underfloor heating and an available bus shuttle. It is managed by a friendly and professional family. It is located a few minutes away from the beach. I strongly recommend to stay in it. Thanks to Emanuel, Nicola, Tiziana & Francesca!

the location is very good although a little far from the city center (about 1.5 km) which, however, is; well connected by public buses.
I have not paid any extra for the air conditioning which also works great.
There are more places to choose from in the Marina di Massa area.
