Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great location. Spacious room with very comfortable mattress. Quality and varied breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness. Recommend. Attentive and helpful staff. I really appreciated the agreement with the seaside restaurant, with excellent dishes and reasonable prices

A beautiful renovated Villa with very cozy common areas, even outside.
Sore note the rooms that despite being large sounds a bit dated and spartanly furnished.
For the price paid (about 250 euros per night bed and breakfast in September!) I expected something more.
Good breakfast buffet.
The friendly staff.

On the occasion of my birthday they gave me a very welcome surprise in the rooms. Excellent welcome, located in a strategic central position and facing the sea. Large, clean room with excellent sea view. Rich breakfast with product quality.

Let's start with the positive things: A pleasant property near the sea and a stone's throw from the centre.
For the rest, what can we say? At the scheduled time of 1.00pm the room is not ready and they invite us to take a walk and come back later...."nice idea" in this cool August....after 2.00pm we return and the room is "almost ready". Upon entering the room the first unpleasant surprise .... the room is not exactly clean ... a few pieces of paper on the floor ... sand on the table ... the bathroom with white tiles on the floor with obvious marks, perhaps it is not recent dirt, but something that has stopped over time and cannot be removed with simple water. Impossible to use the drawers under the sink... something indefinable is clearly on display in the center of the second drawer. Okay, let's open the windows for a change of air... the shutters are so dirty that maybe they haven't been touched in months. "Pleasant" to look at on the windowsill, also dusty, a cigarette butt as a souvenir of previous guests. We go down to go to the beach... the blue runner on the staircase is dusty... it may be there, but it remains with the same dust in the following days (use the vacuum cleaner every now and then, right?). We hope for the breakfast which appears beautiful and plentiful, it's a shame that the rusks expired on 06/12/2023... so for over two months. When we let a member of staff know, the response is: "But no... I ate them this morning too". Other staff members arrive and do their utmost to make the entire tray disappear. Maybe apologizing was too much? I don't expect a courtesy discount, but an apology from the Hotel seems like the minimum to me. To conclude ... the Hotel does not have paid private parking as written in the presentation on Tripadvisor ... it offers until the passes last to allow you to park in the municipality's blue paid spaces. Ultimately we can say that the potential is there but there is still a long, long way to go.

Surely the central location and a few meters from the beach, as well as the structure located in a renovated and very pleasant historic building constitute its merit. Cute standard room with a nice spacious bathroom and varied breakfast, although many industrial products. However, customer care and management of contingencies were not, in our opinion, suitable for a 4-star Ranking. Upon arrival we found the sliding shower door unhinged, the next day the cleaners also found that the door handle of the room was not well stable. To solve these problems maintenance intervened after a couple of days. When we returned to the room at lunchtime the attendants were working on these issues and the room was not available to us for about an hour and a half. To our requests regarding the time when we would have it available again, we were told to come back after a quarter of an hour and to take "a walk" to spend the time. So we returned when indicated and we were told to wait another 20 minutes, and so for an hour and a half!!!!! At the end, the lock was absolutely not suitable, it did not allow to lock the room, and so it remained throughout the stay! We have adapted to avoid further inconvenience. Another day, always returning after 13:30 (always with torrid outside temperature), the room had not yet been redone, despite leaving the hotel already at 9:00, and we were greeted with the usual invitation to "take a walk around here, to wait for it to be ready".... For the disservice one would have expected at least the offer of a coffee or a drink, just to lighten the discomfort. The hotel has a bar, so it wouldn't have been difficult. Problems can always happen, but it is the way they are managed that is indicative of professionalism and courtesy, especially in a 4-star hotel...

Very nice hotel in an excellent position on the sea and in the centre, I stayed in a very comfortable new junior suite with a very convenient terrace especially for those like me who travel with a dog in tow. Super breakfast, very comfortable beds with toppers. I would stay here again

The hotel is beautiful at first glance, a short distance from the sea, but they cannot accommodate you in the basement. There is unpleasant humidity and mold everywhere (even above the bed) and especially in the bathroom - see photos. We had room #57 and the hotel must know about the mold because there was an air freshener in the bathroom to drown out the mold smell.

SIMPLY PERFECT!
Recommended by some friends, perfect place to end our last holiday weekend. But the added value is customer attention. Before now, I have never received such availability and courtesy from all the staff as in this structure.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, a few steps from the sea. Our room was very spacious, bright and clean, the staff welcoming, kind and
always available for every need. The added value was the breakfast, plentiful, with delicious products and lots of variety. In two words, super recommended!
