I came to the hotel with 4 racing cyclists who competed in Trofeo Buffoni, we need a place for bikes, good accommodation and good food.
Matteo and his team could not have been better hosts and went out of thier way to help us on so many occasions. Surprised some reviews say the food was disappointing, we found it to be very good particularly the lasagne on Sunday night. The staff were very polite and most friendly.
We will be certain to return here in 2022.

We stayed here 2 nights and had the family room which comes with a queen bed and bunk beds. It was small but adequate for our family. The air conditioning didn't work so well and we were hot at night but I think the area was experiencing unusually high temperatures. Breakfast was great, fresh pastries, silver pots of coffee and fruit. Wifi in the room was poor but worked well in the lobby. The pool is large and wonderful, it was the reason we picked this place. The only reason we would not come back was the presence of lots of elderly people at the pool who did not appreciate children. Ours got screamed at in Italian more than once for being kids and having fun in the pool, it got to the point they didn't want to swim anymore. We asked management to get involved and translate but this didn't make any difference. I got the impression these people were regulars and used to having things their way. Next time in the area I will pick a more family friendly place.

This family run hotel is a gem among all others. I am frequenting this secluded, idyllic location in Massa for a few years now. I cannot find one fault with it. Fifstly, the owner and his family are extremely friendly! They are always on hand throughout a long day, ever ready, giving first class detailed attention and care to their clients. This hotel is very suitable for couples and families. It's location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The grounds are beautifully laid out, and the pool is quiet big. If you want to get away from it all, you can be sure to enjoy a very happy and relaxing time in this very special environment.

This was such a nice hotel - we slept so well there. It was quiet and comfortable, there was a lovely outdoor area with lemon trees and outdoor game tables. The rooms were clean and efficient. We were in the area to see friends so we did not spend much time at the hotel, but it was very comfortable.

We stayed here as a couple with our Mom’s. I’ve been to various hotels in Italy and have to say that this place is really value for money. The staff is super friendly, rooms are clean and the breakfast is also absolutely ok. We enjoyed staying here and would certainly come back.

I have recently stayed at this hotel with 2 other friends and we had three rooms.
All our rooms were decent decorated and clean. The size of the rooms where okay but sufficient. Bathroom had a shower only but that was okay. The hotel offered shampoo and shower gel.
Internet was at normal speed. Staff was friendly. Parking spaces are free and many available.
The Beach is easily accessible as nearby. Hotel has also a swimming pool which is free of charge to use.
Hotel Staff speaks English and apparently German as well.
Breakfast was Italian Style. Like in most Italian hotels is the breakfast somehow special but that is regional diversity of course. So the breakfast was okay and you could eat as much as you like.

i staied in the hotel and found no other place to eat. the portions were to small for me. i didn‘t new the price, whit 91$ it was very expensiv.

This hotel is a little oasis. Set in a pretty wooded area it offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is simple and very well cooked. The staff are friendly and helpful and the owners are on hand to welcome and help their guests. The salt pool is a good size and offering plenty of sun loungers both in the sun and shade. There are bikes to use for trips to the town or beach if you do not want to use your car. Lovely gardens and comfortable patio seating. If you want to "switch off" this is an ideal hotel.

Hotel is situated in the “ pineta” to get to the beach is only by bike or car too far to walk. The hotel is offering free bikes.
Love the family run business..the staff was super helpful but the bed mattress are hard, a/c doesn’t work all the time ...and the shower is super small and I am a really small person.
Needs some updates. But for family and friends is a perfect set up, pool and big lawn to run around.

Family-run hotel, very comfortable beds, super clean, lovely seating outside to enjoy some evening drinks. Lovely gardens and a great pool for the kids. 20 min walk to the beach and other restaurants. If you want to stay in for dinner there is a well run restaurant with a 3 course menu.
