Amazing stay at the hotel. We arrived a bit early but the staff was able to give us the room early 15 min later and in the meantime we were served a little cake and coffee.
The hotel's rooms are fine and adequate with great cleanliness. The room had also fine wifi and good AC if needed. The rooms have balconies with great view of the coast if you get the top room.
The hotel served a great breakfast for with many options, gluten-free options and great home made cake (I was told). There were nothing missing for breakfast with everything you could wish for.
The staff was very helpful with giving advise of where to eat and reserving table for us at the restaurant. They spoke perfectly fine English and gave top of the line recommendations.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anybody that end up in Marina di Massa.

The hotel is 2 minutes from the beach and 5 from the centre, with lots of restaurants where you can eat. The reception staff were almost all male, but they were really kind and helpful, given that there is no lift they helped carry the suitcases up. The rooms were very clean even if a little dated. The breakfast is exceptional, lots of choice, both sweet and savory, all of high quality!

Cleanliness was more than decent (although there was a splash, presumably of cream, on the chest of drawers inside the wardrobe which remained there for days until I cleaned it), even the balconies were clean. The internal doors are a little shabby.
A negative point is the lack of a lift (but this is communicated at the time of booking).
Availability and courtesy of all staff, ready to satisfy every need.
The internal parking is narrow. After the first day we were no longer able to park inside (but better, given the number of maneuvers required to get out!), but in any case the street from the hotel is T-shaped and you can almost always find parking.
To reach the beach (I don't recommend the partner beach Buena Vida...) just cross the road 🔝
