First of all, we were unable to book our stay. At 11.20pm I called the hotel to book a stay for the long weekend of April 25th, when a girl answered I left immediately apologizing for the time, the phone hung up immediately. I called back to see if it was a call error, the girl's response was verbatim "are you going to fuck around at midnight and call?" (she thought it was a joke). She could have easily said to call the following day but instead she was incredibly rude. They should probably review the management of telephone calls from potential customers because rudeness is not part of the hotel industry. I can't imagine how the hotel can be managed. To never again.
