Stayed there for 3 nights. Family of 4. The pictures are very misleading. The room was very, very small, cheap looking, no room for bags, clothes, not insulated, so we could here conversations, water running, the cleaning lady at 6 AM, the rain, etc. The bathroom was petit. The breakfast was scarce. At least the coffee was acceptable. But the...

The hotel is about 8 minutes walk away from Mestre Train Station, the main station of Venice which provides transport to other cities. A few minutes further away (from Mestre) is a Bus Station which provides transport to the two Airports in Venice (Marco Polo & Treviso). There are not many choices for restaurants around the hotel. A self-serviced coin...

Breakfast is very poor. When I approached reception to give my feedback receptions Katrina didn't care at all. Instead she said book another hotel next time. I was so shocked by the attitude of the staff and left speechless. No proper shower amenities. Curtains are torn and dirty. Public areas are not tidy. It gives a depressing atmosphere. Check out...

This is a budget hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful to a point however as the hotel is constantly fill difficult for them to assist when problems arise Warning do not accept rooms 1,2,3 or 4. They are on the ground floor, extremely noisy. During my stay for two nights it was very hot,AC not working and windows did not...

We chose this hotel for our first anniversary and we left very satisfied... The room and bathroom were clean and cosy, the staff very helpful special to Massimo and the lady in the dining/breakfast room :) breakfast was amazing... Dinner on the restaurant was average but a very good price for what you get... As suggestions, the breakfast could have...

Pros: Reception guy was polite and helpful, bus stop linking to Venice was 1 minute by foot. Breakfast was ok. Cons: Was not possible to early check - in, so had to leave the luggage in storage or just wait, noise was heard from floor above. Wi-fi worked properly only in the lobby or near the stairs, it was not...

We stayed on the first floor. Room was clean and wasn't missing anything (I.e. soaps, shampoos, to, etc...) In fact it came with a safe which was great. The breakfast was okay. Wi-Fi was great, probably because we were on the first floor. The A/C worked well as well. The #6 bus which takes your directly to Venice is just...

We booked this as it was a lot cheaper than Venice and whilst we knew it wouldn't be plush we did expect it to be clean, safe and just maybe a bit dated but it failed to reach even the basic standard in the room. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment and deep clean throughout the public areas...

Comparing to other offers, the hotel offers nice and comfortable accommodation for a good price. The location is quite good as it is right next to Venice Mestre train station. However, the neighbourhood is not great (but didn't feel threatened or anything). The breakfast offers the essential.

A short bus ride away from Venice, and walkable distance from the Mestre train station. Other than that, all else in this hotel is terrible. Air-con was weak, the wifi was almost non-existent in the rooms, the lift up was tiny (only managed to fit 2 adults in) and there was tourist tax that we had to pay. Receptionist also...
