We booked online based on the photos we saw. Disappointed to be offered a pool side room. Musty. Lumpy bed, broken wardrobe. The lady didnt speak any English but did understand our concerns and then showed us 2 rooms in the main house. So much nicer. We opted for room 1. Terrace to the side of the house and view of the sea. Plus a bath ( no plug but I carry one when travelling' Pool is nice. Breakfast is limited. Overall happy we stayed their. Family is friendly. Fridge but no kettle

A high price (120 euro per night for the most little room i have ever seen), breakfast with some sweets and awful coffee, the fridge did not work, the window in the room didnt open, the window in the bathroom opened but there was a wall. There was great noise and the last night i stayed they organised a party with people from outside so i couldn't sleep until 2 pm. No excuses of course. And no official bill when we left. So, try and find a better place to stay for 120 euro or even less. I would not come back , not even if i had to pay 60 euro for that room.

This place is great! Really nice family-owned B and B. Super clean, nice owners, inexpensive, walking distance to the beach and very close to the train station. Free wifi too. Our bed was too firm for us or I would have given the highest rating. Good AC/heater in our room unlike the Matatea RCI timeshare we stayed at before Laino. They have an bigger place you can rent that includes a kitchen, would be great for a family to stay. Would love to come back here!

Stayed two nights although planned to stay only one. Clean room with a lovely swimming pool just outside the door. Spent first afternoon relaxing in the sun by the pool, then eating take-away pizza at the table outside. The small village of Fiumicello is across the road and a great cafe/restaurant 3-4 minutes walk away. B&B was a great base to explore Maratea, the mountains and the surrounding villages including Porte with its a delightful marina. In high season the rooms could be noisy if the pool is accessed late at night.
